I love these boots! I have bad feet and must buy quality shoes or I have pain and these have been great all winter long. I even have the tendency to leave them on when I get home for a bit. I wear them with wool socks and my feet never get cold or sweaty. They have been great for this never ending winter of snow. I don't know if they are actually water proof or just water proof fabric but my feet have stayed dry even when walking in slushy puddles and snow. The best part is that they still look brand new and I did absolutely no treatment or water proofing. The only downside is I did need to break them in and may not have bought them if i tried them on in store but they broke in pretty fast. Also, I would say they run a bit on the narrow side which isn't an issue for me but something to consider if you have wide feet.

Absolutely love these boots. Didn't need to break them in, really great quality and comfortable! Comes with red laces and tan laces, but I like the red. Keeps my feet dry and can stay warm with a good pair of socks. I've warn in the rain and in the snow. Do yourself a favor and buy them! I get compliments every time I'm wearing them.

I bought these boots for a two week winter trip to the Baltics and Russia. My biggest concern was that they wouldn't be warm enough for 0-10 degree (F) temperatures, but that was quickly proved wrong. I brought another pair of bulky winter boots with me just in case and I never had to use them. These felt wonderful after days of walking 20,000 steps and my feet never felt sore or achy. Now that I'm back in Atlanta, they're not too warm for wear here and they look so cute with so many outfits. The waterproofing was perfect. They withstood snow, slush, and rain without ever letting my feet get wet. The finish on them is still beautiful. Because they're real leather and the construction is excellent, I believe I'll still be wearing these shoes 10-20 years from now.

I was hesitant after reading reviews that suggested these boots needed some break-in time, but I'm so glad I bought them! I'm on my feet and on the go a lot during the day and wore them out of the box for two days. No pain or discomfort, no issues at all, and LOTS of compliments. They've been good on indoor flooring, wet pavement, and snow.

These shoes completely exceeded my expectations! They were comfortable the moment I put them on and are true to size. I was worried I'd have to break them in a bit but I have been wearing them all day and have not felt any discomfort. They feel very sturdy but are also flexible and don't feel restrictive. They are also extremely light for how durable they are. They are going to be perfect for DC rain/snow/slush/ice. Perfect winter staple - and they look slim and cute, too! Very flattering.

These are the cutest and best fitting waterproof leather boots I've found. I haven't gotten to really test out the waterproof capabilities due to lack of heavy rain, but they've done well through puddles and wet grass. It's important to remember though that since they're leather, they can take a few days or a week of wear to break in. For example, the heel was someone painful at first, but after wearing the boots with thick socks and/or bandaids on my heels to protect me from blisters, the boots are stretching and conforming to my feet better.

These shoes are truly waterproof and can be dressed up or down. I am very glad to have made this purchase. If the back of your heals start hurting, persevere because they are incredible once they form to your feet.
