I stand on my feet all day as a hairstylist and have for 34 years. My back and legs need and want super comfort. My work shoes aren’t usually the most stylish but I have to go for comfort. So when I started planning my trip to go hiking I knew it was going to be hard to find some really good shoes. After reading the reviews carefully and ordering these shoes I was so shocked that they fit right out of the box and felt so comfortable. No breaking in time. And the color is what I fell in love with first than the style. Both are perfect . And on sale, added plus.

Ok boot but felt tight and not as cute as I’d hoped. Was looking to replace a favorite pair of Ahnus and while these looked similar, they were no where near as comfortable. Also the color was brighter than it looked in the photo and I didn’t care for the fabric lace loops. Hard to pull snug. Back they went.

I did The Walk of St. James ( Camino de Santiago de Compostela) in Spain. We walked 200 kilometers and I felt I was walking on clouds. The most comfortable boots ever. Totally waterproof too! Got tested in a squall through the Galician mountains. ??

The were comfortable right out the box. I bought them because they are waterproof. I wanted more comfortable rain shoes to walk my dog. They are flexible and felt as comfortable as running shoes. I've only had them for a short time, but I can't imagine that they won't continue to feel great...

The shoe fits great. I love the color and have been wearing them in wet weather. Plan to wear them all over Paris.

Disclaimer: I have only wore these around the house so far! I have been searching a long time for an affordable, light-weight, water-proof hiking-esque shoe that was comfortable and provided good arch and ankle support without the bulk. These boots are stylish, light-weight, and surprisingly comfortable. Luckily, I got them on sale at Zappos as well so it helped the budget. Very happy with this purchase. I am typically a size 8 and purchased a size 8.

I am a stylist I stand on my feet 9 hours a day. I’m 57 and have had multiple spine surgeries and wear orthopedic shoes to work(not real pretty). I have a trip planned for the Grand Canyon in March and was looking through my plathagre of shoes. Didn’t see any that were safe and durable enough. Searched hiking shoes and found these beautiful hikers and read the reviews and took a shot on what size to order. Usually closed toe shoes it’s a size 10. But ordered and 9-1/2 based on reviews. In shock and awe. They fit perfect, super comfy and are so stylish. Never would have guessed the first one I picked would be the ones I kept. ( I return a lot of Zappos items. Picky feet I guess. Lol. These are beautiful hikers and can’t wait to get to the Grand Canyon!!! Woohoo! Thanks Teva and Zappos!

I ordered these in my usual size. I had to return them for a 10 because I have Morton's neuroma. The 10 works fine so I kept them. They are very comfortable and lightweight, like a sneaker. If they would have come in wide I would have been fine with my regular size.

I am new to hiking shoes but they feel very comfortable so far.

Perfect lightweight hiking shoe. Extremely comfortable and felt supportive all around my foot, top, sides and bottom. Felt true to size to me - I'm a reliable size 6 - although my toes did (barely) touch the front edge of the shoe. I then tried half a size larger but that was far too big, so I went with the original size 6 and after wearing it, it's fine. Not too snug in the toe area, but again - it did seem that way, at first. It will keep your foot nice and toasty, too, and was completely waterproof. Perfect for my needs.

Love them! Very comfortable for me. The toe area is roomy enough. I have bunions, callouses and long toes, so I need room. By comparison, I tried the Merrill Moab boot, that one got a little narrow in the toe area, within 15 minutes of wearing them in the house, I was getting a painful blister on my toe. Also, the Merrill’s were quite ugly, like wearing kayaks on my feet. Where is it given that hiking boots have to be ugly? The Teva boots were relatively attractive. Also they are more flexible than other hiking boots, shorter “break in” time. Yes, they are waterproof. I live in a very wet, rainy place, lots of hills. I’ve worn these to walk on the streets, Alison on trails in the forest. Keep my feet warm and dry. Great all around!

Very nice boots . Have worn them in the house only so far. Have room for wool socks. Very comfortable, light weight. Would recommend them.

These are amazing waterproof shoes. They are lightweight and very comfortable and supportive. I received them yesterday and wore them for hours in the rain today and they felt great. I need good arch support and a toe box that doesn't press on that old bunion. I had been trying some Timberlands which looked great but I couldn't get the right fit for me - tight toe box and loose heel, and they also felt heavier on my foot; very happy with these Tevas, in the dark blue color.

Love these hiking boots! These are super comfortable and light and the monotone look makes them suitable for me to wear these to work where I spend most of my day going from building to building on a huge university campus. These are great for the rainy fall days we've been having and they boast great traction for the soles.

LOVE this shoe. It does run about a half size larger and has lots of room in the toe box - which is great for hiking but may want to consider if you have a small or narrow foot. Supremely comfortable for me and has great arch support for my high arches.

This boot is attractive,comfortable, light weight and waterproof. At first I thought they were the best. However, when I put hiking socks on there was not enough width in the toe area. So I am sorry I am returning them. Guess I need hiking boots with a wider toe box.

I was looking for a lightweight, cushioned, supportive shoe for light hiking, and this actually fit the bill very nicely. They were comfortable right out of the box. Unfortunately, the seam at the front of the laces hit exactly on a little bony protuberance I have on the dorsal surface of my right foot that made that right shoe painful. The left was wonderful. I considered keeping them anyway, thinking *maybe* that area would stretch out... but considering the many, many pairs of shoes I've bought with just that hope, and then never been able to wear... I'm sadly sending them back. They are very light. They are wonderfully cushiony. They are quite warm - so maybe not best for warm weather hiking, but great for colder weather, and waterproof. The laces stay tight. The toebox is roomy. I'll keep looking. I love Zappos for their incredible inventory and the way they make finding just the right shoe so convenient.

I loved my last pair of Teva hikers - wore them religiously until worn out. I no longer live in Seattle, where rain was an issue - now am in the CA desert, so I got these. They are comfy and walkable BUT they feel very wide. I wear a size 10AA so yeah...it’s a challenge to find athletic shoes of any sort that fit. With my last pair, I could pull the laces tight and they worked great. This style, tho, is very wide. Clown-show wide. Thick socks help, but I’m going to use an insole to try to eat up some room. They aren’t going back - I already walked outdoors in them; no way around that. But they won’t be my go-tos.

I really wanted these to work. They are super cute and at first seem comfy, however for me they are just too squishy. The sizing is also way off for Tevas. I wear Teva Sandals in a size 8, with these I had to go down to a size 7 to get the proper fit, however they still just don't feel quite right. It's a shame because I really like them and wanted them to work. Unfortunately I'll have to keep trying to find the perfect lightweight hiking boot for me. For others these boots may be perfect if you like a soft squishy type of walk.

These are the most comfortable hiking boots I've ever worn! Not sure that they are heavy duty enough for serious hikers, but for day treks I think they will be just fine. They do run a bit large/wide, but they work well with thick socks. I'm thinking about ordering a half size down just to have a second pair that I can wear with regular socks. They could definitely be more stylish. The monochromatic look is just weird. But I'm willing to overlook it, because they feel so great.

These are cute boots, but for me the arch was just in the wrong place and my feet did not feel comfortable.

This is nicely constructed mid boot but the foot box is quite wide, even with socks. I have a narrow foot so I do not recommend only for this reason.
