I bought these boots for riding my HD ! They are excellent made boots with high quality workmanship and materials !! Very comfortable right out of the box and look good on or off a bike ! Good all around boot ! Made in America !!

I bought these boots about 6 months ago. They were comfortable the first time i put them on and have gotten more comfortable since. They do not dig into the back of my calf at all.

As other reviewers have stated these boots are extremely comfortable! They were comfortable on day one and have only improved in the threeish years I've been wearing them with regularity. If I'm leaving the house and not going to work, these boots are on my feet. The chestnut finish has evolved over many miles and many conditionings but the leather is still in excellent condition and quite presentable. My one complaint is the belts used to secure the harness. The belts unfortunately are not harness leather and consequently have stretched quite badly. After a year I had to move the belts up a hole to gain the same position as new. After the second year this weakness became even more apparent when one of the belts failed completely. This is really only a cosmetic issue and was mended with a bit of creative tinkering. That being said the problem would have been avoided completely with a one foot length of true harness leather. I still love these boots and still wear them more than any shoe besides my work boots. My next pair of everyday boots will be Frye's but probably not this particular boot.
