I love these boots. They are cute and comfortable, but they are not too bulky. I have not worn them in cold weather yet, but I am hoping that they keep my feet warm commuting via train and bus in the Chicago winter based on what other reviewers have said. I normally wear a size 8 shoe, but other reviewers mentioned sizing up a half or a whole size since these run small. I ordered both an 8.5 and 9 so I could compare the fit, and I ended up keeping the 9. They fit well with one pair of socks, but I could easily layer up with another thick pair and still be comfortable.

This is my third pair of Minx Shorty Boots and I don't know how I've managed before encountering these amazing comfortable, waterproof, warm boots. My feet have never been cold in these. Sometimes I wear them around the house to keep my feet warm! I have a pair for walking and a pair for going to work and shopping. I've worn down my walking pair to the point that I needed new ones. The grip is amazing and I like the height of the boot as it is less constricting. I have walked in wet fields and stepped in puddles up to my ankles and my feet have stayed completely dry. If I could wear these in the summer and not get crazy looks, I certainly would. They run a bit small and I ended up ordering a full size larger than usual. The sizing has been consistent throughout the different Minx generations which has been very nice. If I had to hoard anything- it would be these boots. No kidding.

Bought these to replace a similar pair of Columbia boots I have had for 5+ years. Have gotten lots of compliments on the look of the boots and so far they are functional and comfortable. They have kept my feet very warm on some cold days with good traction on the ice and so far waterproof in the early winter slush. The only small negative is that the laces don't seem to want to stay tied. This was also a problem I had with my last pair of Columbia boots. Usually a size 6.5 I did order a 7 since some reviews said they ran small. The 7 is about perfect on me so if you'd like to put a thicker winter sock in them I'd recommend sizing up.

I got the berry jam colored boots and I have been getting so many compliments by strangers. My best friend is ordering a pair as well now. I recommend going up a size. Cutest boots ever

After reading the reviews I decided to go up a whole shoe size. Really glad I did. I am a size 7, so I ordered an 8 and they fit just perfectly. If you plan on wearing thick, fluffy socks, I'd even recommend going up a size and a half.

I had a taller version of these boots for the last 5+ years, and I LOVED them. I am usually a size 7, and in those, I had sized up to 7.5 and they were still too small with thick socks. Despite that, they were the most comfortable (and definitely waterproof) boots I've ever owned. These shorter boots are very much the same -- comfortable, waterproof, and definitely run small. I ordered up an entire size, and they fit well with thicker socks. Still slightly tight, but comfortable.

I had to order up a size, but they were well worth the wait. They were comfortable from the start, and toasty warm -just what I needed. I couldn't be happier. THANKS!

I loved the look of this boot and couldn't get it out of my head once I saw it in the store so I went home and ordered it. Super cute, unique and comfy! Looking forward to cooler weather eventually so I can wear them more!

I bought shoes for the next winter, I hope they will not let you down in frost or slush. Very stylish, lightweight, comfortable. I like.

These boots are so cute and stylish, yet not bulky or heavy like other winter boots. I have not tested them in the cold yet, but they are very comfortable. I did size up half a size. I'm usually a 7 and I ordered a 7.5 and it was perfect. I have very narrow feet and these fit comfortably. The only odd thing about these boots is that the boot curves inward too much. It doesn't affect the function of the boots, just something I noticed. The fur lining is very nice too. Definitely plan to get these in more colors.

Bought these for my girlfriend for Christmas and she absolutely loves them. Wears them in winter, fall, spring (little too warm for summer) and never falters. She's already looking into getting another pair in a different color. Highly recommended!

This boot is very warm and cozy. The padding in the footbed is so comfortable that it immediately feels like your favorite slippers. I had to exchange for a larger size, which was very easy. I love these boots!

This is the second pair of Columbia boots I have purchased. I love these boots. They are light weight and warm. The perfect boots for daily wear-running errands, grocery shopping, etc.

First they are very warm and I like that a lot. They are comfortable but not supper comfortable and rather a tighter fit because of lower arch. They look nice and stylish. I got color grey. I wear size 8 and got size 9.

These boots exceeded my expectations, they are very warm and comfortable. Have worn them in the rain and snow and feet stays dry. Love them!

The cushion in these shoes is as good as my high end running shoes! So comfortable. I ordered a half size up because of the reviews, but to wear thick socks I should have ordered a full size up. They're pretty warm though so I don't think thick socks are necessary.
