Normal width but very short--the toe abuts the front of the shoe in a tight squeeze. Very odd as I usually don't have the problem of 8s being too small--I even order 7.5 sometimes. These definitely run small in the length. Another thing is that there is a weird feeling of a negative footbed, where your heel is lower than your toe. Not sure if this is what they are striving for in this model, but if you are looking for any heel at all, even a one-inch, this is not the shoe for you.

The best part of these boots for me is the amazing insole. I have severe plantar fasciitis and have custom orthotics that I must wear or suffer severe pain. The insoles of these boots felt like they hit my feet where my orthotics do so I tried them with the original insole, something I have not done for years without consequences and they were great. The insole in this boot is the thickest I've seen and so far is cushy and supportive, a rare combo. It might compress over time too much for me, but for now I love them and have worn them to walk 3+ miles a couple of days in a row with zero issue.
Besides that, they are cozy and warm AND they slip-on. I love not having to mess with zippers or laces--easy pull on/off with these boots. I wish they would make one that is like these on the inside but a little dressy on the outside. I usually wear a 6.5 or 7 and the 7.5 in these was perfect for me. I'm buying more while they are available!

Feels like a sneaker, super comfy. I usually wear an 8 1/2, the 9 in these feels great.

These boots arrived just in time for the artic blast hitting upstate NY. They are very comfortable. The bed of the boot feels like slippers, very soft. I read the other reviews on line and decided to order a half size up. They fit perfectly. The extra long laces tie around back for a secure fit. The true test will be today when I venture outside. If my feet stay warm then I will have found the perfect boot for Chowderfest on Saturday. Thank you Zappos for such great customer service.

OK, so I'm trying to decide between the Minx, the Heavenly and the Meadows. First, on sizing, yes, they do run small. I'm a perfect 8 in classic Uggs, a 9 in Nike running shoes and fit a 9.5 in all of these - with room for thicker socks, but ok without. I need a wider toe box and these are fine. They do not push the big toe in like a lot of brands do. So, to compare and contrast... I immediately ruled out the Heavenly because I don't want the big fur fold-over - keeps you from being able to wear pants that go over the top. That IS cute though, but it will get wet in the snow. I like both the Minx and the Meadows. The Minx feels more like a slipper. The external sole isn't as wide and they aren't as supportive. They are super cute with leggings though. The Meadows feels more like a very comfortable shoe. I think the ankle area may need to get worked in a bit. Only slightly stiff though. The Meadows do run a tad wider in the toe bed and are much wider in the sole - more stability for a hike and more contact with snow. Really, I can't imagine going on much of a hike in the Minx. Seems that they would be great for walking around a snow village and building a snowman. Tough decision! Btw, I'm not a professional reviewer. I'm home sick with a cold and am really bored. I'm going to put the same review over on the Meadows. Note that the pics I took are of the Minx shorty! I'm going to keep the tall in black because they are really cute.

My 15 year-old, style-conscious daughter picked these out. They were more expensive than I would have liked, but I must admit they look very nice and seem warm and comfortable. She's happy with them. I will note that she's petite and is usually a size 5. I ordered these in a 6 and they fit perfectly. I'd recommend going up a half or a full size.

Just got these boots and they are very comfortable. Nice cushioned innersole. I gave 3 stars for the style because of the color. I purchased the Mosstone and it is an olive green color with a teal colored lace. On my computer the color looks more gray with a slight touch of green. Over all I would definitely recommend these boots. I usually wear a 7.5 in most shoes, an 8 in Sketchers sneakers and I ordered the 8 and they fit perfectly even with a moderately thick sock. I would keep them except for the color. ;(

I usually wear a size 7 and bought 8 and wouldn't even wear heavy socks with them, which means that they seem to run small. I like that they are slim and waterproof, but haven't gotten a chance to see how they perform in winter weather.

Nice boot, but order up at least one size and they are not very wide. Cushioning was nice and the boot is very cute. Had to return as they were a full size too small.

The reviews about the size being too small were not necessarily accurate. I wear an 8 1/2 - 9. I ordered a 9. The length was fine. I had 1/2” from my toe to the end. It was the depth of the show (top of foot at laces to insole the was too small. Just looking at the shoe from the side you could see the arch was narrow. I measured it and it was 2” from the sole to the highest point of the arch and less than 1” in the middle (see photos). I was barely able to squeeze my foot into the shoe due to the narrow arch space. Disappointing since they are really cute and stylish boots. A larger size wouldn’t fix the problem.

It felt smaller than the actual size and tighter around the arch.

I was very disappointed in these boosts. Super cute but terrible fit. I don’t have wide feet, yet they were super tight in the middle of the foot. I tried them in 3 sizes, all were tight in the same area. I’m normally an 8 1/2 and tried all the way up to a 10! Nothing for right.
