arrived with front loop half torn off .....tried on.......small ...nice looking shoe.....would not re buy

love Merrell and always can order the right size but this model for some reason is tight width wise and a little long,.,. probably some slave in the China factory who screwed up and has been severely punished since.

I currently own at least 3 other Merrell products, and have always really enjoyed & appreciated all aspects of the products' quality, fit, & styling. Not so with the Icepack Moc Polar Waterproof that I received yesterday. The Suede lacks the same richness of my past products & the entire upper is flimsy & lacks the stability that Merrell has always produced. Additionally, I felt all the way into the inside toe area & realized that the footbed insert did not go all the way to the end of the toe. I removed the insert & the bottom of that footbed was embossed size 12, and the the shoe is a size13. Because the shoe tends to run a little tight, I am assuming that this was done on purpose to compensate for an overall fit issue.

I live in Ohio and today while shoveling snow my feet became near frozen and walking through light slush resulted in my feet being wet and cold. You wouldn't be able to tell these were "waterproof". They're comfy for casual use but I wouldn't get them for any sort of outdoors or wet activity.

Just did not fit well/feel right! I always wear size 9.5 in Merrels, but this style was too small. Exchanging looked to be easy, but I have heard nothing after about 2 weeks!

These shoes I purchased for the spring rainy season in BC. However I experienced quite the opposite as my socks were soaked today during my daily walk. I'm very disappointed with this purchase.

I love Merrell, and feel terrible for posting a negative review. I purchased the Men's Icepack Moc Polar Waterproof shoes for my husband. He wears Merrell shoes everyday, wore them out, and needed a new pair. These were on sale and we ordered his size. They don't look bad, but the width is way too tight, the material is flimsy (it scuffs easily), and they are VERY uncomfortable. My husband literally does not complain about anything, so it is actually a big deal for him to dislike these shoes. I am very sick and do not have the energy to return them. It is too bad the design of this shoe is a poor fit.

This was too good to be true after my first 2km walk one of my heel started to hurt very badly. Once i got at work I saw the blood on my heel it still painful today.
