The boots are a great fit, warm and comfortable for hiking. They do NOT let me fly over the ice as advertised. The Vibram Artic grip is better than a regular sole, but they still slip on ice and do not give me the freedom in snow and ice that I had expected..

Had 10 days immobilized in bed to stew about how frustrated and dissapointed I am.
Comfortable, don't seem to leak, but dangerous on ice. I fell very hard and slipped a disk in my back, walking slowly down my street with my service dog. Hit a patch of ice covered by snow and had ZERO traction. Very dissapointed, especially since this is also my third pair of Merrells on about 3 months due to defects...

Felt so very small. I’ve always loved this brand and have many of their Mocs! But these were fairly unattractive, heavy and ran small, especially in the toe box!
