great bag! I had an older one, different brand. I am happy with this new Samsonite bag. I expect it to last longer.

Good design- east carrying laptop, iPad, files & even a shirt or two

Third one I have owned in this series. Fits my needs very well: laptop and papers most of the time; laptop and overnight sometimes. I take it everywhere. First got it to avoid getting a bad back, and so far working wonders...

I would give as a gift to my husband who is a builder and carries a lot of documents every day to meetings. Good capacity

Pretty good. I would like it better if it was just like my old one. It had a zipper mesh on the inside of the outside zipper pocket. That outside zipper area was also bigger. This also does not seem quite as thick as my old one, and the zippers do not seem as good of quality.

Only complaint is that the internal straps , when tightened, have a long loose end that can get tangled in the zippers when closing the outer zippers.

Good compartments for keeping things organized. It does fit under the seat of a airplane. Only draw back is the rolling bag handle. It was inconsistent and hard to lock at the highest level. It sometimes popped out while rolling the bag too. The roller handle extension could also be a little longer.

Too small

I always loved the wheeled briefcases from Samsonite for over 20 years. All my old ones were leather made and has never broken apart. This nylon model has been tearing apart after 6 months of easy use. I tried to contact Samsonite customer service but no response so far.

Terrible experience. The order was confirmed to be picked up at a store. When I arrived there, not only was my order not in stock, the person there said they never carried it. Customer service gave me the runaround.
