I purchased this at one of Samsonite's outlet stores barely a year ago and it needs to be replaced due to completely falling apart. The seams have torn in several places to the point where the inside compartments are no longer separate. For the price, this is was not a good purchase. I could've saved a lot of money and purchased something for much less and then I wouldn't feel cheated if it didn't last. Until now, I've always counted on Samsonite for quality, long-lasting products.

After a year of daily use, many of the seams have ripped. Also the small pouch is poorly positioned, and hangs in the main compartment. This design flaw makes the main compartment difficult to access, when the smallest pouch is in use. I did like the bag though. I wish it came in blue.

NO WATERPROOF, unless you just need a backpack to carry something.

Bottom ripped out with minimal use under 3 months. Had to buy another bag not Samsonite. Product is not made for the price charged. No warranty provided. Not happy would not recommend.

It was purchased November 14th, 2019, Today is June 24th, 2020 and it has had the rip in it for over a month near the handle at least 3 inches.

I have an Alienware R5 17.3" laptop. The computer fits in this bag but the bag won't fully zipper up with the laptop inside.

The salesman in the store told me that this backpack was really tough and the best quality. After 3 months of barely use, the backpack zippers started to break. After 4 months I bought this backpack is not usable anymore.

Standard use, nothing rugged. The seams around the zippers, the interior pocket lining, the luggage strap, the mesh water bottle netting are all coming apart.

After only a couple weeks, the cheap metal pieces on the front of the bag popped out of their holes, so now this bag catches on EVERYTHING. Also, now that there are unfinished holes in the fabric, it's starting to fray in those spots. I bought this because I thought Samsonite was a well-made brand, but apparently not.

The zipper sliders on the laptop section came off of the tracks. This happened only a year and a half after I purchased this backpack. I was completely surprised and disappointed to see that the warranty was expired. I made the purchase directly from Samsonite. I've always known Samsonite to have quality products which is why I chose them for a backpack. I also got two luggage pieces which i am now nervous whether they will last long or give me the same problems. Overall a disappointment with the price of the product having such a failure and lack of warranty to back it up.. buyer beware.

Very disappointed with this backpack. I have it for less then three months and the seams are coming apart, the straps are ripping off and zippers do not hold. The customers service is inexistant at Samsonite. I cannot recommande this product. I will certainly never buy Samsonite product after such a bad experience.

Multiple attempts to contact Samsonite and yet, no response. Contacts began 1 month ago via e-mail and phone......horrible customer service.

Disappointed have usedit only a coupe of months and the left strip came undone at the seem, poor stitching

I purchased two of these. One was a gift. My friend reported that the shoulder strap frayed on the first use-- I suppose that slinging it on one shoulder was a design weakness rather than using both. My bag's stitching came undone at the top of the bag alongside where the laptop is stowed. Samsonite is a great brand, but this is on clearance for a reason.
