Ich habe schon 2x diese Jacke gekauft. Ich mag die Atmungsfhigkeit dieser Jacke durch die seitlichen Fleeceeinstze. Ich gehe mit dieser Jacke gerne bei Wind und Wetter raus. Sie ist wasserabweisend und kann auch einen leichten Regen ab. Sie wiegt quasi nichts und der Aussenstoff ist mega soft. Die Jacke macht jede Bewegung mit. Sie sieht schick aus, ist wunderbar weich und dennoch robust. Ich habe noch die Atom AR. Diese ist etwas dicker und der Aussenstoff etwas robuster, aber auch raschliger. Die AR ziehe ich gerne im Winter an.

This is an incredibly great jacket! I have used it Year round in San Francisco and even taken it with me to New York City in the winter time. The design includes zip pockets spacious enough for cell phone, wallets and keys. The inner zip pocket is a very nice Touch If you're traveling and want to keep stuff safe and secure.

This is the most versatile jacket I own. Can be used on it's own or used as a mid-layer.

I wear this jacket whenever the weather is right for it. I live in the high desert and this jacket is the perfect weight and style for New Mexico. I wear it while I'm climbing, hanging out or going to school. The DWR coating is also super effective and will withstands a light rain easily.

Que ce soit pour mes sorties en montagne ou dans la rue, cette veste m'accompagne au quotidien ! Elle se range facilement dans un sac, et tient chaud quand il le faut. Les odeurs de transpiration sont prsentes, mais aprs un lavage, tout va bien. voir dans la durabilit.

When I bought my Atom it was the first experience I've ever had with an Arc'teryx product. Being from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada I experience an extremely wide variety of temperatures throughout the year. With just a t-shirt on underneath, it's great from -10 to about +15 degrees. Put a thicker sweater hoody on underneath and all of a sudden this jacket is more than enough even into the -30 range. I've never owned a jacket that is so warm while being so lightweight, and the quality doesn't stop there. The Atom manages to be durable at the same time, which makes it a great option for outdoor winter activities like skiing or snowshoeing. The beauty with this jacket is that it's light enough to be useful on a cooler summer/fall day, or a rainy day at the golf course. Last but certainly not least, the good has a great cinch-down system that actually allows you to turn your head with the hood up. No more having to turn your entire body like Batman when you're backing out of your driveway in -25. They really thought of everything with this. Full marks.

Well designed light weight insulated wind breaker, which i wear every morning to walk my 2 dogs. I live in san Francisco, where temperature at 6 am varies between 50 & 60 degrees for 9 months of the year. Nice colors as well.

The Atom LT kicks off my first acquisition of an Arc'Teryx synthetic mid-layer/stand alone. Historically I have been a down jacket owner, exclusively. My main driver in this is that of loft when exposed to moisture. When wet, down clumps together, but not so much with synthetics. To me, this hoodie it the synthetic version of the Cerium LT Hoodie and since I own this hoody, I will compare these two a bit. Both are advertised as a mid-layer/stand alone but they accel and fall short on opposite ends of the spectrum from each other. Both can be worn as a stand alone no doubt. However, I would never wear my Cerium LT Hoody as a stand alone if the the weather had precipitation greater than 0.5 mm to 2.4 mm per hour. Down clumps when wet and a poorly efficient stand-alone that is wet is worthless. The Atom LT Hoody can be worn as a stand-alone in very light drizzle and still be functional. On the other hand, the Cerium LT Hoody has a superior warmth-to-weight ratio, hands down. The Atom LT Hoody weighs 415 g with 60 g/m^2 Coreloft. The Cerium LT Hoody weighs 305 g and is 850 fill goose down (102 g/m^2). Though, with that being stated, the two will likely not be worn for the same applications. I'll wear the Cerium under a shell for snowboarding in sub-freezing temperatures, but wear the Atom LT when temps are around thawing with the same shell, simply because I do not want to risk getting wet and cold. Because of the different face fabrics, the Atom LT is superior. Aratio 10 found on the Cerium LT is so fragile. The Tyono 20 makes the Atom LT that much more practical and abrasion resistant. If there is no precipitation foreseen, I find myself wearing my Atom LT Hoody more often. Feature-wise, I'll end my comparison with the Cerium LT. Regarding this review and the Atom LT Hoody, I'll state that it has plenty of useful features and you will be happy with your purchase. Get yours soon! Fall is only a few months away! All in all, I recommend this hoody. The Atom LT is a comfortable piece that fits well, wears well, light weight and feature rich. Wear it as a stand alone, layer it up, layer over it and don't worry about a bit of precipitation; you'll stay warm.

This is my favourite jacket. So light you forget to take it off when you're get inside. Great mid layer and works well as an outer layer if it's not super cold. I have used it while out early morning forest walks on calm crisp winter days. With temperatures just above freezing I find I'm quite comfortable with only a base layer underneath. Fits perfectly under the Solano too.

I got this to replace a worn out nano-puff. I've not tried it in the winter yet, but have worn it on some cool mornings. It is beautifully light and airy feeling. The hood is quite generous and should fit over my helmets. I did not expect to find side panels with breathable materials. On the one hand, it will help me vent while being active in the backcountry. On the other hand, I was hoping it would be nearly totally windproof for my winter bicycle rides to work and cool days on the ski lift.

I love this jacket. We own three of them. My husband and two of my sons all have one. It is lightweight and versatile and good in all different situations.

Great jacket and used as a mid layer for winter skiing and backcountry. Outer layer for warmer days on the slopes or cooler days on the golf course or mountain bike. This is my second jacket though as the first one the fabric frayed all over the outside, thankfully was able to return and get a new one.

Great jacket. It's extremely light yet very cozy. Full range of motion so this is very easy to wear daily. One note is that this jacket runs small so you should order one size up from what you normally wear. Other than that, this jacket fits great and I highly recommend it.

I wanted to love this brand because it gets such great reviews but the women's cut on all the jackets is incredibly feminine. Not a long enough body, too wide of hips and too narrow shoulders. I'm tall and have an athletic build so finally I figured out that I needed to purchase the men's jacket in extra small, which are a much better fit for me. I used it as a middle layer summiting Mount Whitney in the winter and it did it's job of keeping me warm and being breathable in addition to being packable and light weight.

I live in Texas where it only occasionally goes below freezing in the winter, and usually hovers in the high 30's to low 50's. I layered the jacket with a sweater when it was in the 30's because I'm not used to the cold, but from 40 to 65 this jacket kept me at a comfortable temperature, and gave some light rain protection. Also seems to be pretty abrasion resistant in the lower back where my backpack and straps rub against constantly and the jacket shows absolutely no signs of wear after a few months of daily abrasion. Suits my every need day in and day out with no complaints.

It's a bit cliche by now, but this is an outdoorsy wardrobes staple piece. I wish I could justify buying multiple colours, as I wear it so much I'd love some variation once in a while! Instead I have the classic Pilot (grey) which goes with all my shells, tees and trousers. This is a cold-weather high-output activity layer, or a mild weather 'walk-about' standalone. Think of it like a bigger, burlier upgrade to a polartec fleece. I get a lot of use out of it in the damp UK and lowland Europe, but down will always be lighter and pack smaller for fast alpine adventures. Fit-wise, it's true to size. I'm a very slim 65kg, 5'8 build and find the S plenty comfortable over a tee or fleece, with a little roominess around the waist and stomach (synch that cord to seal in the warmth). I wish it had dual-hem adjustments though, rather than the single right-side adjuster which gets pretty long and snags on things. In terms of warmth, at brisk waking pace it tends to reach its limit in breezy single digit Centigrade weather. For high output (ski touring) I've relied comfortably on it down to -15C under a windproof shell. Lastly, the AR model is a significant step-up in warmth as it forgoes the fleece side-panels, and I've seen much more use out of my LT than my old AR because of this. I did however recently picked up a Proton AR (because I love Arcteryx's synthetic insulation pieces) for Alpine environments where I felt one poor turn of weather would be too much for the LT to handle.

This jacket blew me away. I've worn it skiing in Colorado and have been very happy with its performance in all weather. I wore just the Atom LT and a thermal shirt underneath and was more than warm in 20 degree weather on the slopes. We had a 6 degree day with heavy snow and I wore the same thing and didn't feel cold once. I still can't believe how lightweight this jacket is and allows me to forego several layers. The zippers are incredibly easy to pull, and the hood fits well with a helmet. The breathability of the jacket is incredible, and allows use in a wide range of temperatures. I'd highly recommend this jacket, especially to someone who is looking for lightweight gear.

I wear this for warmth while doing adventure races and while working as a special forces soldier and I couldn't recommend it enough. This replaced most of my regular hooded sweatshirts in rotation. Washington winters are fine with a flannel and this jacket, even in light rain

I love this jacket! I am a fan of Arc'teryx products, and this is the one that got me into the brand. This jacket is perfect for spring or fall - when there's a chill in the air, it's my go-to jacket. Beyond that, I use it as part of a layering system under a Beta SL, and it always keeps me warm. Beyond versatile - this is a great place to start in building an Arc'teryx layering system.

La veste d'isolation la plus polyvalente du march, j'ai pu la comparer des vestes de marque similaire, la veste domine les concurrentes et de loin. Chaleur trs bien rgule mme en activit intense, respirante, intrieur de la veste ultra confortable, coupe vent. La matire sous les bras donn de la respirabilit et du confort. Elle me sert toute mes activits, de l'alpinisme la ville. Le produit ultime!

I bought it for hiking as well as wearing to and from high-intensity activities (climbing, running, basketball), and it's served its purpose well. The fleece panels on the side have helped reduce overheating as I wait for the next game in basketball or take breaks during running (I'm out of shape - give me a break). It's also form-fitting but stretchy so I have a wide range of motion possible. That said, I haven't belayed this winter yet so I don't know if it's warm enough for a belay jacket. It's also not warm enough for me during the colder winter days, but I also run pretty cold. All in all, this is an all-around good jacket to have.
