I purchased this as a replacement for an older LT and I've been wearing it for a few weeks now. Love the cut, quality of materials, and warmth. It's a perfect jacket for spring/fall and an excellent mid-layer for winter activities (breathable and warm). I'm 5'9", 150lb, and can wear either S or M but usually purchase the M in jackets to allow for extra base layers.

I bought this about two months ago, and I've been using it as it's getting colder both casually and while I'm hiking/bike commuting. It can get dirty without staining, get wet and stay warm, and is surprisingly toasty for how thin it is. Plus it's just a good looking jacket and is so cozy.

This jacket is my favorite of my set up and for most of my cold weather needs. I used this jacket a lot when I lived on Colorado both on and off the mountain. The Atom LT Hoody looks great around town or even business, I got a black one. Colorado can be harsh and the temperature and weather can change drastically in a short time so this jacket is perfect and amazingly fits all situation. When the cold got too cold the Atom LT was my mid and all the extras on the jacket really shine. The use of a variety of fabrics and panels on the jacket make work really well with other gear. Under the arms is a more flat and breathable area so fabrics don't bunch up in the pit and around the shoulder. The minimalist form of the jacket keeps me warm and stays compact. The best part for me is a bit of vanity, the jacket looks really good, especially when compared to the typical Stay Puff Marshmello insulated jacket style.

I purchased a new Atom before heading to Montana this fall. I made the foolish mistake of letting my 92 year old father use it the first day of the trip. He never took it off! I (we) like the fit of the jacket and the versatility it provides for cool to chilly weather. It also works well for layering with SV gear by still being breathable. I like the chest pocket being move inside the jacket too. This is a great addition to any outdoor, suburban, or urban attire.

I absolutely love this jacket so much so I bought two. I just came back from a recent backpacking trip to Colorado and this jacket kept me so warm I practically wore it the whole time I was out in the backcountry.

It's simple... if you live in the PNW, you've got to have an Atom Hoody. It goes with the territory - same as plaid, Blundstones, sour beer and veganism (I'm only partly kidding). Great versatile layer - stuff it into your pack for a late summer hike, throw it on for your best mate's rainy Covid wedding in October, and then use it as a midlayer for skiing all winter. I'm actually an athletic, 5'9 female and as it turns out, the men's S fit better than any of the female sizes. Food for thought.

I purchased my first Atom LT a year and a half ago and am blown away by its all-around performance. This is one jacket I grab for when doing anything, from hiking a 14er to rock climbing (sport and bouldering) to walking around the farmers market on Saturday morning. It is robust and sleek, an all in one piece. This jacket is optimal for high output activities, meaning the more you do with it on the warmer it tends to get, making it a perfect light hiker for colder days. It doubles as a great stand alone piece in most weather conditions (comfortable in 10-20 F without wind, 20-30 F w/ wind below 20mph) and as a great mid layer for rainy days. I am 5'10 and 165 lbs with a 40" chest. The Small fits just fine so I'd say this jacket tends to run slightly big, BUT I just ordered a Medium (thanks quarantine) and it gives me more room in the shoulder and chest area without being overly baggy. The newer model actually covers my butt a little better than the first one I owned. I can easily fit a Medium Alpha FL over the Medium Atom LT and this combo is unbeatable thus far. Highly recommend this product to anyone doing literally anything.

I just bought my third Atom Lt hoody. I literally wear it all year round, hiking, cross country skiing, cycling, alone or under a shell. Great colours, as well!

There isn't a lot to say about the Atom that hasn't already been said. My 8 year old LT was still going strong when I got this years version, solely because you can't go everywhere completely covered in bike grease, hot sauce stains and chalk. So I grabbed a "dress" version for the nights I want to look like someone who uses a washing machine. I like the updates and the fit is great, at 4'11" and 100lbs the XS is the perfect length in the arms and torso. Can't wait to give it's first spilled coffee stain, trust me, they only get better after that.

I had an older Atom LT which was already a great jacket. This one solves all the issues I had with the old, particularly with the updated fit for a slightly longer hem. I mostly use the jacket as a bike commuting jacket when it gets cold, a layering piece (or stand-alone) for winter sports and it is excellent. Looks sharp when worn casually as well.

I recently discovered the Atom hoodie line after wearing their shells for a year or so. These insulated Atoms are great under the shell when you need a bit more warmth or alone on those bright and sunny brisk days

I have an Atom LT Hoody from a few years ago, size small, that I wear often with one thin layer underneath (t-shirt or base layer). I wanted a second one that gave me enough room to layer a fleece jacket under it, so ordered another Atom LT Hoody this year in size medium. The benefit is that this year's cut is slightly longer, which I really appreciate.

I love this jacket because it is so light that I can hardly feel wearing it while it keeps me warm. I got it in XL (normally I wear L). This allows me layers underneath, if necessary and the stretch cord in the bottom seam still keeps it tight so the wind cannot get in. The hood fits well and the zipper goes up high at the neck to make for a good closure.

There isn't a lot I can say about this piece that people haven't already mentioned. I use it from 10C - 15C and it's perfect for both static and active insulation. Throw a shell over and I can manage to about 0C with a merino base layer. I'm 5'10 150lbs, and medium fits me perfectly.
