Feel comfortable right out the box.

I coach my sons Little League team and wanted something a little better than worn out tennis shows for the field. These have been a great upgrade and I wish I’d bought them sooner. They fit pretty well although I wish the wides that I bought were a little wider. The length is as others have described, a bit smaller than most NB I’d say. But by ordering my next size up (14W) they have been awesome and made my feet not hurt after practice like they would with my old shoes. Great insoles and outsoles for comfort and traction on the field has been a huge plus. I have zero regrets in this purchase. A great Zappos story on these shoes are that I received 2 pairs of them on delivery one was my size (14W) and the other was size 11 of the same exact shoe. Both boxes had my name on them and after checking my order history I clearly hadn’t ordered the extra pair. I called Zappos and they had them picked up the next day and “for being so honest” gave me a credit on my account for a future purchase. One more reason I will continue to buy from Zappos. Best. Service. Ever.

Can’t go wrong New Balance and Zappos!

I consistently wear a size 12 in New Balance running shoes and needed to go a 1/2 size up in the baseball cleats since they run a little small. The 12.5 fit really well.

10yo likes the fit and style. Not many "wide" choices out there but happy that NB does have them

I ordered the wide version, but it still felt narrow. The grey looks great. I use these for adult slow pitch softball. They're perfect. The cleat treads are traditional, long and only a few. These are short and have ALOT, which helps shoes work well walking on concrete. The tongue has a pocket for the shoelaces which is a great touch, so you wont step on them.

Nice shoe for the gym and thats what I bought them for. Only have worn them a few times and they feel ok. I normally wear an 11 and a half and had to get these in a 12. Time will tell how they feel.

Tried returning for one half size larger as my normal size was tight. Unfortunately they are out of my size.

These "wide" shoes are NOT wide. They're so tight on my feet, it feels like I'm wearing a ninja's shoes (and that's not a good thing). Even with the laces very loose, they feel very tight on my feet and I'm not overweight. They're not comfortable either. The only thing that feels good about them is how the treads take the floor. It actually feels like my food circulation is being cut off. It's highly likely that I'll seek to return these for a full refund and cease buying any more NB shoes without trying them on first. I've had good experiences with NB in the past but these feel like they cost less than $20 to make. When you see them up close in person, you can tell how cheap they are. They're NOT worth the price. They're light weight yes but they're very cheaply made and are NOT wide. Photo of attached shows how my food overhangs the treads when I wear them. I'm very dissatisfied with this. Whether or not I get a full refund will determine if if I ever shop from zappos or buy new balance again. :( This was my first time using zappos to order shoes.
