Beautiful low heel shoes but the straps will not stay up...even after being adjusted.

These shoes look amazing . When I tried them on out of the box I was afraid I'd made a mistake for fit and comfort. I usually wear either an 8.5 W or a 9 R as I have a regular width heel and a wide toe box. These were the 9 and they felt snug in the toe (the shape lends itself to that also). When I started walking in them the strap also rubbed at the heel. But after a short time they became perfectly comfortable - the memory foam insole might have conformed, or the rest of the shoe relaxed when it got warmer, but they didn't bother me at all after a full office day. They look absolutely great, and the tiny heel is perfect without throwing me off-balance. I also found the soles sufficiently non-slip on dry floor, at least. I had hoped these were gray enough to wear with navy, but they are definitely black enough that they work best with black (or other colors, just not navy).

Not narrow enough in the toe bed--gapped on the inner sides! Sometimes Naturalizer brand fits me...I remain ever hopeful but had to return.

I like the shoe. For this style I went up a full size an s glad I did. Fits great and feels good. Nice alternative to heels.

These are extremely comfortable (especially for a pointy-toe shoe) and nice looking. I usually wear an 8.5 in closed shoes and an 8 in sandals. I ordered the 8 and they fit perfectly, even though my feet are hard to fit (wider near the ball of my foot and a narrow heel) and sensitive (I blister easily, especially heels and pinkie toe). The straps on other sling backs sometimes slip off while walking, but these stay in place nicely. Now for the detractors: I was looking for a tan/skin tone, but the nude color I ordered is extremely light (even lighter than my fair skin). Also, I wanted a just slightly higher heel in this style. In the end, these will do and were just too comfortable to send back!

Great shoe and TRUE to my 11N size. Would love it if Naturalizer would do a line with higher end materials. I would be happy to pay a little more. This one is good. I was worried it would look “cheap.”

Gorgeous look and feel. Unfortunately the external liner material chipped off my first week making the shoe look cheap and low quality.

I usually wear an 8 and have an 8 that fits well in another color of the Naturalizer Banks style, but for this particular pair, the 8 was too small. My heel hung over the back just enough to make it look ill fitting. I ordered an 8.5 in the same color (English Tea) and it fit just right. Beautiful color!

I really wanted to love these. Pretty color, nice leather, and just about wide enough, but the back strap would not stay on ! I kept slipping out of them when I walked. I had to return

I usually wear 10-1/2 or 11. I ordered both a 10 and 11, and both were too large. The strap on the back also felt like it was going to slip down while I walk. Not good. Too bad, I love the look of these shoes.

I purchased the Naturalizer Banks in the patent leather and loved them for their style, instant comfort and perfect, true to size fit. I loved them so much I ordered a 2nd pair in black, but was disappointed when I tried them on and found they squeaked loudly with each step. I'm not sure if I'll try another pair or not, but the black pair is going back.

I wanted to love these so badly! I've had good luck with Naturalizer in the past, but I found these shoes to be an exception. They are incredibly stiff, especially around the edging right at the top of your foot. I tried walking in them for a few minutes and I thought that the style just wasn't worth the pain. Such a shame because the pattern was fabulous-- I chose the snake. They would've gone so well with so many different outfits. I'm sad to be returning, but I'm not spending my hard earned money on something that hurts!!

I really wanted to love this shoe as I loved the style. However, when I wore them, they are quite uncomfortable and the strap keeps coming out of the buckle and it's very annoying. I would not buy these again.

Shoes have too much space on the front and not on the back, heal was poking out.

Loved these shoes BUT the pointed toe of this shoe rubbed off during the first time I wore them. I continued to wear them and the leather is completely worn off the toe. Such a shame. They are sooo comfortable.

Beautiful and comfortable! Fit like a dream and true to size. I ordered the gold and it’s a pretty, classic gold.

I have THE hardest time finding shoes that fit as I’m between a 11.5-12 and that are comfy. These work great!!
