I've only worn these twice and the ankle strap keeps falling down.

The upper was cutting into my foot, which was unfortunate as this would've otherwise been the perfect pair of shoes

Today is the first day I'm wearing these pair. The back straps are keep coming off and I can't walk without them on I've already changed the straps to the tightest, and really want to return them. However, the shipping carrier destroyed the box, and I don't want to go through the hassle with CS. I don't recommend these. Really wish I could try them on in a store.

I love the look but the shoes not comfortable. After a very short time wearing them, my feet are in so much pain. Would not recommend

Worst. Shoe. Ever. After two times of wearing the entire sole fell apart. So disappointed as these shoes were not cheap and I was so excited to wear them more often. So sad that this company would sell such a low quality product.

Lovely looking shoe but the silver finish was rubbed off the strap covering the buckle when I received them. I am very disappointed with the quality.

I regret not paying attention to previous reviews about the popping sound these shoes make when walking. I have now received two pairs, both with a loud pop...pop...pop...when walking, one pair for both shoes, the other for just the right one. The first pair fit fine, the second were too tight. No quality control here.

Shoes did not fit have been waiting for $279.00 refund check for 2 months.

I have bought these in the past and they are a fabulously shoe. However, this time I got the opal finish, which looks like a pearlized finish, and wore them for less than an hour. When I got home I realized the finish is completely peeling off everywhere! It's like peeling skin after a bad sunburn, I can flake it off with my finger. Underneath it is the regular leather. I am trying to see if it will all come over smoothly and if so I will keep them As I hate the thought of sending them back and them going in the garbage. I just warning everyone as this takes some work to make them 'good' but they are a great fitting shoe.

Very bad purchase for me. Had to return. The strap for the heel would not stay up. Kept slipping down. Very uncomfortable. Color and design otherwise were nice. Wish they would have fit.

I'm normally a 10.5 and this shoe was not available in that size so I ordered a 10. Some reviews said it ran large but I didn't find that to be true. They were too small so I had to return. I am very unhappy that my return is not being credited on my charge card. I tried several pair of shoes and none of them worked out and all of the returns were not credited to my charge card. Instead they said they have to mail me a check. Very unhappy about that and I will never order from them again because of it.

Good quality shoe, looks beautiful BUT it is definitely not wide, couldn't get foot into it. Length would have been perfect if it was wide.

Back strap is too low to be effective. Strap slips off back of foot and the shoe moves/rubs. Also colour rubbed off the end on first wear. Very disappointed as I love all my other Naturalizer shoes.

Purchased these to hopefully wear for my wedding, but unfortunately after I decided to keep them and break them in, I quickly found out that these were totally impossible to walk in. I wore them grocery shopping one day and they came off of my food before I even got from my vehicle to the store. Returned with no questions asked. I had also purchased the Harli Flat which is so much more comfortable and very easy to walk in!
