The shoe was not as comfortable as I had hoped. The plan was to wear it to a wedding. I do not think I could dance in this shoe.

material is great, style is great. Shoes are very slippery and in 10 minutes I wore inside the house I noticed wrinkles on the top.

do not like strap or fit

the strap was very flimsy. The shoe was not comfortable.

The pointy toe was way too long, and the ankle strap was way too loose on the smallest hole. I don't know if this is the result of ordering a wide because I have a wide footbed. I had to return because them because they were too sloppy looking and felt awkward to walk in.

This brand feels low end to me so for the price I am returning

These shoes felt too short and too narrow. They hit my bunions and they didn't seem to have any real arch support.

First, let me say that I absolutely love these shoes. They are comfortable and elegant looking, and I can walk miles in them. I'm taking stars off because the shoes were not packaged very well, and when they arrived, the points of the toes on both shoes were lightly scratched. There was no shoebox in sight. The shoes were loose, banging around inside a cardboard box with inadequate filler, and the cardboard box was inside a sealed plastic bag, and this is just not the level of service I am accustomed to receiving from Zappos. Customer service was helpful as always and offered a return or exchange, but the damage isn't quite enough to justify the hassle of an exchange, and I am not at all confident that the next pair will arrive packaged any differently. Very disappointing experience. :(

I had to go up a size. Very comfortable and stylish enough for me. Gave a 3 overall because after wearing to a conference by day 2 I started to hear a popping noise when I walked. Very annoying. It wasn’t all the time but when it was there it was loud. I’ll monitor and see if I need to return them

Pretty shoe but really squished my toes. I think the problem is that the toe box is too low (shoe is long enough and plenty wide). I ordered my usual size (10 Narrow) but in this shoe my big toe hits the top of the shoe and my toes feel squashed.

The Wide size was too narrow - more like a typical Medium width.

These are great but the strap slips off when i walk in them.

Beautiful soft leather. Great heel height and decent arch support. The only problem the heel strap never stayed on no matter how tight I buckled it. Thank goodness I didn't have far to walk. One to ten I give this shoe a five because of the strap. I'm sorry I also bought the shoe in black.

Beautiful shoes but the edge cut right into my bunion. Disappointed that I needed to return them.

Thee sizing was not wrong but I was able to step out of the shoe - looking for a dress shoe with more secure fitting.

The toe was so pointy I knew I would damage in local parking lots.

They were just a little too big for me and a smaller size would have pinched my toes so I returned them. Good looking shoe.

This seemed to run narrower than what I’d expect. Had to return.
