These shoes fit really well and look really good. My only concern is the heel makes a noise - I believe it is the glue that holds the plastic heel cover onto the actual heel. It pops when I walk or push down on the heel with my fingers. I like the shoes enough that I'm going to keep them and deal with the noise, I think. If they hold up well, I may order the same shoes in other colors.

A nice shoe, although keeping it on the heel would be a challenge. This shoe was worn, received scuffed, and not in the original box. I am returning.

The shoe looks really nice but are too pointy when you walk. I ordered 6.5 and still was on the narrow side.
The back strap was falling out when walking. Had to return.

I got these in black and nude. Cute, but the nude pair has a very slippery sole (on carpet and on wood floor) whereas the black pair seem normal. Thought about sticking a non-skid pad on the bottom, but the sole also has some kind of tread pattern across it, so I don't think a pad would stick to it for long.

Love the Banks flat especially because it is sexy and stylish without much heel and available in wide in some styles. This is my second pair. However, with this pair I am experiencing a weird clicking sound on my "up step" with both shoes when walking. Must say that it is very annoying. It doesn't impact the functionality of the shoe.

I bought the crme brle colour as my first pair. Super soft leather, great colour a D comfy on my bunion. These were made in Vietnam. Second pair were in black, toe box was a bit longer, strap a bit wider and comfort in bunion area is not as great as the first pair..these were made in China. I should be able to count on the same fit for both pairs. I'm keeping them as I know they will give in that area eventually, but really Naturalizer stay with the same supplier.

Finding classy shoes that come in smaller shoe sizes can be difficult, so this was definitely a good purchase. They are well made and flexible, but the one gripe I had with these shoes is that the leather creases and gets scratched and damaged easily, so just be careful wearing them.

This is a great shoe. Low, broad heal adds just the right height and stability to wear for a garden party or wedding. The footbed cushioning makes it wearable for long periods of standing on hard surfaces. Only returning because the colors didn't match my dress s I had hoped.

The fit is very good. Nice to slip on and very comfortable I was disappointed in the colour. I received nude instead of what is on the internet "barely cream" It appears much lighter and is what I actually preferred
