My very active 6 year old son always came home with wet shoes after playing hard at recess. I needed soft, flexible, warm and WATERPROOF sneakers for him since we live in the rainy PNW. These fit the bill perfectly. Easy for him to put on himself. He loves the colors and comfort. He can wear them outside and in gym class cause of the rubber grippy soles. And I love that he comes home with dry feet. Cheap? No. But worth it? Absolutely.

Fit and size seem good on these. My 4 year old loves them and somehow these are the only shoes he manages to put on the correct feet, so that’s a bonus! Great shoes for winter because of the insulation and waterproofing, but they’re not bulky like snow boots so they can be worn every day.

These are nice looking shoes. Like that it has velcro instead of laces. They are not completely waterproof though. We were looking for shoes a little more stable than rubber rain boots for running and playing in. We have a wet weather creek on our property my son likes to stomp in, his socks & the inside of the boots were damp after standing in the water for a minute or less. He is a size 11 now. We ordered a 12, they fit good plenty of room for warm winter socks, but not to big. These are flexible, but have no arch support. A little expensive.

All in all, I really like these... however I purchased a size 6 toddler shoe for my 14 month old and this shoe can be a bit hard to ensure that I have his heel all the way down in the base. I would prefer for them to open up wider at the top but I would purchase again for quality reasons.

These were great for my 5 year old son on cold days and when he didn’t need to wear his heavy boots he wore these to school. They kept him warm in a Chicago winter

These are GREAT fall shoes for when there isn’t snow on the ground! I got these for my son for preschool since they take them outside when the temp is 35 and higher.

We love these Kai boots (and their sneakers). These are very flexible, waterproof, and light weight. My little one is too young to express if he’s comfortable, but he would definitely expressed if you were not. So I’m taking that as a sign of these are very comfy shoes for him! These seem to be very nice shoes. They are quite high though for little ones, so went with a boot that wasn't quite as tall. These seem to have lots of width in the toe so the toes can "spread out", which I guess is a thing in kids shoes? They also come witha tag that says they are warm in up to -35F weather, which was not is the description. They are cute one and seem to be well-made. However, I have to comment that a $75 price tag for baby boots is quite a bit, considering your little one is only going to wear them for a few months and will not likely be walking for hours in them. They would fit the bill thought for an older toddler who likes to spend a couple of hours outdoors at a time. All in all, this is a brand I would consider again (they have tons of accolades).

These boots came highly recommended by another mom..I was skeptical because I've heard that See Kai Run boots run wide BUT they're great! I am able to pull the velcro closures tightly across my daughters foot and it makes a big difference. They're also to get on and off, not too tall where it's hard for her to bend her leg, not too hot for when it's just rainy and not snowing. She's successfully jumped in lots of puddles already - dry feet afterwards! I highly recommend these and a few other families I know now have bought them after seeing my daughter wearing them. Please note on the See Kai Run website they recommend sizing up - which I honestly never do. But do it! I bought an 8 and she's just now in a 7 - they're great.

Love these shoes. Can be a little hard to get on but once broken in they are fine. I ordered a size up like other reviews suggested and they were perfect!

I bought these for my 1 year old son and they are doing what they are supposed to do - keeping his feet warm and dry. He doesn't complain when I put them on so I'm guessing that they're comfortable, although he can't talk to tell me one way or the other! I did order a size up as recommended, which was the right move.

This is the 5th pair of these boots I've bought for my two sons. I keep buying the same pair in the next size because they are the best kids boots! I originally bought them because we like to hike in the winter. Standard kids snow boots are too bulky and heavy to hike in. If we let them wear sneakers to hike in the winter, they'd get soaked and after a few hikes the shoes would start falling apart. My boys can get these boots on themselves. Their feet are warm and dry. They can walk, run, hike, etc in these boots just like sneakers. One of my sons needs shoes to be wide through the toes, See Kai Run shoes are the best kids shoes with a wide toe box I've found. Their shoes hold up great.

I went to try these on in store and the clerk informed me they run a size smaller to size up so instead of an 8 we got a 9, my son has ample room and should be able to wear them into Spring here on the Rast Coast. I like that the material is waterproof, light fleece lining on inside and offers good ankle support. I’ve never tried this brand but am quiet impressed and certainly plan to purchase more styles in the future. My 2 year old is very independent, he likes that he can get them on and off himself easily.

This specific boot tends to run a little small according to a salesperson in a local kid shoe store where we went to try these before making the online purchase. I like that they are light weight, offer ample ankle support and are waterproof. Given we went up a size I am hopeful my son is able to wear them

They shoes look like they would have been great winter shoes/sneakers but they're too narrow. I thought I had selected wide width, but these Kairun is only offered in medium widths.

These are great for a warm, waterproof option. I gave 4 starts because the Velcro stitching came undone on one of the shoes, which makes it difficult to pull the step open now.
