Light weight sturdy and comfortable. I only wish the heel back we are a bit higher. Love my 801s still hoping you will bring them back.

I am very happy with the fit, 10W. The light blue color is so not me, but sometimes you need to challenge yourself! I am happy with my purchase.

Oh, where have these shoes been all my life? I've worn them now for several 10-hour shifts, and they have done so well for me! I have wide feet, plantar fasciitis, arthritis, and heel spurs, which makes the open back so comfortable. These shoes stay on my feet when I walk and sometimes run. I did put in an insole with extra arch support for work, but the existing insole would be fine for casual wear. I love the color (Air/Moroccan tile) and it's so cute with ciel blue scrubs!

I had to size down by a half size. ...from a 9 to an 8 1/2.

I had to order 3 times to get the right size. They seem to run larger than my NB running shoes. I do love these shoes once I had the right size.

Having been a New Balance 990 wearer for many years, I wanted a slip-on style for household wear, running errands, etc. so I purchased the WA900v1 Walking New Balance. I can truly say these are the BEST, most comfortable walking shoes I have ever worn. The usual size was perfect (7 1/2). I have found New Balance has the perfect width for me (Medium plus just a little). I am getting ready to order a 2nd pair because I have a "bum" knee situation at this time and these have been so comfortable for me. I bought these to slip on at work when using my standing desk. Much better than standing in dress/work shoes. I went with wide and glad I did. I have bunions and definitely needed the extra width. They aren't too wide but enough space so there isn't any pressure on the bunion. I did change out the insole for my own for additional arch support. I occasionally use them to take short walks at work and so far, so good. Happy with this purchase.

These run wide and large. But there is a lot of room for my orthotic and thick socks, which is what I wanted. If you want to wear them with the original insole and thin socks, size down. They run very wide. I would not recommend these for anyone with narrow or thin feet.

I originally ordered my usual size, 7 ½ M, but they were too large. Exchanged for 7M, and they're perfect. This seemed strange, because my last pair of New Balance had to be changed for a larger size. The shoes are great, but New Balance isn't consistent in their sizes. This doesn't mean that I won't order from them again. Love their shoes! Fortunately, Zappos makes it so easy to solve this type of problem.

I've worn New Balance sneakers size 6 1/2 D for years and years - my feet are very very wide. 6 1/2 D in this shoe is huge! I've had to try several sizes before I realized I needed a B. Now that I've found my size, I'm ordering another pair!

The fit is great! I take a 5.5 shoe size which is VERY hard to find (except at Zappos). Most adult women's shoes start at size 6: way too big for me. I bought these for walking around the house indoors. For years I had the wool Haflinger clogs, with cork soles in size 5. They were great for indoor use. I recently ordered a size 5 (they don't make a 5.5) and they convert Euro sizes to US sizes, but that seems now to be in name only. Again, another company that changed it lasts and thus the fit as well. The size 5 I ordered were huge! My feet slid around inside the foot bed: I couldn't walk! I returned them to Zappos (always easy to do) and looked for something similar in that it would be an easy slide on shoe with a pretty good arch. These New Balance WA900v1 are the winners! The size 5.5 fits perfectly, no sliding around in the foot bed, plus moderate arch support. Good gripping soles for bare floors. These are my new "go to" shoes for indoor home use! I take a Medium width and don't have any specific needs for a good fit, apart from needing a small size shoe.
