I'm not sure they're designed for the human foot. The front part is too big. And there's a tight leather band around the middle that can't be loosened, even if you take the laces out. I could barely get my left foot in. I can't even say they run small or run large; they're just wrong for the human foot.

Within the last year, NB has made alterations to this shoe. The back has been raised about 1/2 inch, and that 1/2 inch hits and scrapes my Achilles tendon in a way that makes the new version of this shoe unwearable for me.

I always wear an 11 and have no problems. These were too short, my toes hit the front of the shoe. Instead of the hassle of returning, I let my daughter wear them (she wears a size 10).

I have many pairs of New Balance shoes and consider myself a fan, but there is not very comfortable. I have only worn them once as a result - they lack support, not the type of thing that can be broken in.

If should bot take this long to get shoes these shoes. They were a birthday gift. Now too late. Thanks NB

I ordered these in a size 7 (the one I've always worn) and it runs a whole size smaller. I ordered specialty insoles to insert in these shoes, and they just wouldn't fit. I decided to try them on anyway and they were too tight on my toes. Order a size bigger.

I have always worn a 7.5 and have never had a problem in the past with New balance, this time, shoe fits like a 6.5, very uncomfortable . AND, new balance will not take my request to return/exchange.........

This show would be great if the sole stayed put. Shifts to the outside, so I can feel the inside edge of the sole under my foot.

Not enough stretch when trying to put them on. I have to return them.

I have only been buying New Balance athletic shoes for 20+ years. I bought these at my local Olympia Sports last fall (2019). Within a day of wearing them I had hip and knee pain. I thought there's no way it can be the shoes so I continued to wear them for 2 weeks. The problems continued and worsened, my chiropractor kept asking me what was new, my hips and lower back were a mess. These are a B width which is my size but they felt like there was little/no support. As soon as I admitted it to myself that these were a waste of money and stopped wearing them the pain resolved. I just want to warn people about these shoes.

Runs small, I bought a wide size and its still too small.

When I received my shoes I immediately opened them to try them on. As I was putting on the left shoes the back tab ripped right off. Very cheaply made. I messaged new balance and they took like three days to reply back. When they did I asked another question and they never got back to me again. Still waiting for my refund.

Love these shoes, but sent them back because the left shoe squeaked. Have 2 other pairs and this was not a problem before.

I work 10-12hr shifts running around on concrete floors in an emergency veterinary clinic. After 1 shift I could barley walk too my car after my feet were in so much pain, on top of the knee & lower back pain too. I have really narrow feet and the arch of the shoes sit almost in the middle of my foot causing a lot of discomfort. They're cute, but that's about it. Waste of money, shoes were too uncomfortable to even do yard work. Made the mistake of throwing the box away as soon as they came in so can't return.

Shoes were returned. She could not even get her feet in them, even though they were supposed to be her size

Not at all what I expected. Nothing like my other New Balance shoes. Returned them and am awaiting my refund.

I ordered these in my usual size (size 8). As soon as I put them on, I could tell they were extremely too small. My toes were all jammed at the front of the shoe. I will note that the foam cushion inside of the shoe feels very nice but I was very disappointed in the fact I ordered my usual size and there was no way I could wear these. Also, when you order shoes online you can not return or exchange in stores: have to ship back. If you decide to order these-- I suggest sizing up..maybe a half or whole size.

I bought for running and after my second pair the first pair were to small and not wide enough but I dont have wide feet ...2nd pair up a size and got the wide still not wide enough and are to big

I've had the shoes for 2 weeks and they feel like I had them a year. Not good for everyday wear. No support at all. Even put my insteps in and still doesn't hold up. Wish I could return. Just a waste of money.

I returned these because they were too small and I ordered the size I always order, standard 8. The pair before this pair were a little snug also. I guess I can't buy online anymore. I relied on New Balance for years and have never had a problem until the last 2 pairs of shoes.

I bought the same size in every shoe, but these are a little short and hard to put on with a high in step.

Runs small. I'm a 10 in women's and these were very small. Not comfortable and quality was lacking.

I generally wear a 6.5 wide. I have numerous other New Balance in that size. This style was small and narrow. Sent back. Very disappointed
