I used the other reviews and Zappos size suggestion and order my regular tennis shoe size which is an 8.5. They were too big so I exchanged for a half size down. That was even still a bit large and I am using an i sole to make them fit properly. The second pair also arrived with clear indications that they were returned at some long. They weren’t repackaged in the box properly and one boot was unzipped. They didn’t look worn though so it’s fine. The boots look amazing, better than they do online. The sued seems particularly sensitive though as I got some water drops on them in the kitchen and they are already stained. I will have to see if an eraser can get out the spots.

Pretty snug, I usually wear a 13 and barely squeezed my foot in. Once on it felt okay and surprisingly comfortable but my toes were all the way to the front of the shoe. My biggest disappointment is that the color online is NOT AT ALL the true color. It looks like a walnut brown color but it’s actually a mustard green color, it was such a total disappointment. I’m not sure if that’s a mark down on Zappos for misrepresenting the color online or in Frye calling it “tan” when it’s anything but. Either way, consider yourself warned.

First of all, I ordered a women's boot size 7.5 M for my wife on her birthday. The box is marked 7.5 M, but the size on the shoe is 7.5W, which is more of a men's boot, rather than a women's. It was very disappointing to receive a product like this from Zappo's, especially when it was for a "special birthday." This is the first time I ever had a problem with Zappos and I hope it will be our last. I am going to request a return label and send the boots back for a refund to my credit card.
