My husband really likes the light material. He wears an under shirt and slides the sleeves up. He is hot blooded and never wears long g sleeves.

Sizing isnt exact. Go a little smaller

Color is a little more pink than red in person, but love the lightweight and coming in tall sizes!

I tend to be cold at the gym and struggle with just the T shirt and shorts or pants .This is a man excellent product to wear to do your workout and stay warm, also I put it on after I finish running to avoid getting cold
