I found out about SeaVees a couple of years back when my wife bought a pair for me. Up until then I was a Converse All-Star guy. The SeaVees, in my opinion, offer better support and look better in a casual situation. The canvas seems a bit more durable than most other brands as well. I would suggest ordering a half size up as I normally wear 9 1/2 but the 10's fit much better. The width was perfect.

They look good: a great summer sneaker.

A more grown up alternative to Keds or Vans without the ugly rubber toes of Jack Purcell’s. I wouldn’t want to run a marathon in them but perfect summer sneakers for walking to the pub

Love these - they fit well, are lightweight and go with basically everything.

Bought the green ones to wear on St. Patrick's Day in Savannah. Wasn't sure the support would be enough for a long day of walking. I was surprised how comfortable they were. My first pair of SeaVees won't be my last!

I had been looking for this sneaker and found it at Zappos and it was on sale so it was even better . These look terrific and stylish so I will keep them on

Sizing is perfect. I usually wear a "barefoot" type casual shoe, so I'm used to lots of room in the toe box area. So far, these are the first casual canvas sneakers I've tried that don't pinch my toes too much. I don't think these will last more than 1 or 2 seasons - they will likely have the same problem that most canvas shoes do, where the rubber sole splits on the sides right where your toes bend. But I plan to wear them out, and buy again.

I really like SeaVees for style, comfort, durability and color selection. I have several pairs both low top and mariner boots and love them all.

Overall good. Had to break them in. Good grip. Little to no arch support. Felt true to size and width. Not sure if I would purchase them again, but I don't regret the purchase. I needed a pair of less expensive shoes and these fit the bill.

Okay, I got a pair of these after going to see a friend in LA. He loved his. Plus, massive cool factor. I love that zappos has lots of colors and they are stress free! If I didn't like the green I would have sent them back but they are awesome! High marks for the SeaVees!

Very good looking sneaker but a stiff fit for me.

Love the classic but still fresh look of these. Black canvas with white rubber looks so sharp. And I'm glad they have gum soles instead of the cheap white rubber that seems to be everywhere. I am a size 11E, but have to go down to 10.5 when I buy Chuck Taylors or Vans since they both seem to run a little large. I got these in 11 and they fit perfectly. Others have said Seavees run narrow but my wide feet have no problems in them. I originally bought the green canvas, but it was much darker than the pictures show, and I didn't care for it as much as I thought I would. Exchanged for black. Very happy.

Great casual all year sneaker.

More cushion and support in the sole as compared to converse chucks. I wear a size 11 women’s usually and size 9.5 in these fit well without being too wide. After 2 wears, they seem pretty comfortable, though a little stiff and rubbing at the heal. I expect that to go away as they get broken in.

I like them. I know that I described them as felt narrower than marked and it's true but really it's not that they are narrower, but with the insoles, they are shallower than usual. Still, I plan on wearing them without socks so it's all good. I bought them to replace my Keds because Keds have stopped making men's shoes. We shall see how they wear.

First pair of SeaVees... lightweight and all the comfort I expected! Great retro-style and color. Generally, I need/want more support, but these have a little more support than I expected.

I was looking for a sturdy canvas sneaker with a slightly more refined look, and these match the description perfectly. The off-white sole compliments the navy really well and the gives the shoe an overall vintage look. Canvas is a little stiff and has given me a little discomfort during the break in period, but they feel like they’ll loosen up nicely soon. No arch support as to be expected, but the size and width feel true to size.

I wanted this sneaker style/brand to work, thought I would try a mens size no luck , a little bulky.

Really like these shoes. They are more comfortable than regular Converse All-Stars but less comfortable than All-Star II (which has been discontinued and these were replacing). I put a thin insole in them because I am older and need more support, but they are a good summer shoe for kicking around.

Good looking sneakers. Needed to add in an insole but other than that, they're great!

Got these as a nice update for my husband's tired shoe wardrobe, but even though he is a consistent 10.5, these felt too small for him.
