The cognac color wasn't true to the picture. I was expecting a rich redness you see in the example, but in actuality it was closer to tan.

I love these. They are just very high quality plain oxfords as far as style goes. I got them on sale and used a $25 off coupon and got the dark brown ones for $96 delivered. I have wide feet and ordered my regular size praying that they would fit. They are perfect. No 2 different sizes or different color shoes like with previous reviews and I read them and still took the chance. Glad I did.

A bit wide and clunky compared to the pictures. Sort of clown-like.

Left shoe significantly different in fit and finish, to the point that getting foot into shoe is challenging. I thought the shoe leather would stretch and become more comfortable, but not the case and now that they have been worn, return not an option. I have a different pair of Frye shoes that I have thoroughly enjoyed, so this pair has truly been a disappointment. Poor quality control.
