Frye makes a quality product that will last. Top quality leather. I wanted these boots to be a keeper. However, I found the to the toe area to be snug, and, width-wise, my foot is average. I would have traded for a half of a size up, but I found the boots to be clunky, unforgivingly stiff and not as attractive as I hoped them to be. If Frye works for your feet, go for them, but unfortunately they don't work for my feet.

Awesome style, but really painful on the heel. I tried adding heel cushions...still paintful.

Follow up on my previous review, the half size larger were still extremely uncomfortably tight over the toes. Not sure what was going on with these, but they sure didn't fit me. The leather was quite nice and I liked the style.

Boots are nicely made with the exception of the heel area, which is rough leather. I've been in sandals for a week because boot rubbed my left heel raw.
