Fit and size was perfect for my body. I love wearing these and can wear them even on non jeans day which is nice. Comfort all day. So glad I got these and Zappos was the best place to get them.

Fit was great! These are the most comfortable pants that hug where you want to hug without being too snug. and look like regular chinos. The color is perfect, not too dark (I don't like the khaki color) and not too light (doesn't look like white jeans) which mean it goes with every color you can imagine.

I usually wear a size 12 or 14 in NYDJ sizing. The size 14 pair I ordered fit at the waist, but were so full in the thigh area that they looked ridiculous. I wish these would have worked, because I really liked the color. If you are curvy with extra padding in the hip/thigh area these might work for you. If you are more of an apple shape with slender legs either give these a miss or plan on altering them.

Initially I bought the 18 in these jeans, which is my usual NYDJ size. They fit okay, but the waist was way too big. So since I've had a hard time finding off white jeans, I tried the 16 in these and they fit better, but the legs -- called straight leg -- look way too wide at the bottom and feel floppy and sloppy. Not my best look. So I'm returning these too. Darn. Interestinglly, I have other Marilyn straight leg jeans in various denim colors and they look fine. So . . . ???

I really have wanted a pair of jeans or ankle pants in this light neutral color. But alas, Feather, tho a great color, is stuck on an awful too stretchy fabric that looks funny on. I've now tried all three styles in the Feather color, hoping the fabric would look different. Not. I could size down, but then the upper legs would be too tight for me and the waist would still be large. Just not great fabric -- looks like stretchy plastic, somehow. Sigh. I'll return these too.

Great color and great fit. I'm just not keeping because they are too small for me and the next size up is not in stock.
