I have only worn the shoes on two 4 mile runs ... in icy and cold (18 deg F) conditions. First time out the shoes felt a bit snug but comfortable. Stability and traction exceeded my expectation. I hope the tread lasts cause it is truly impressive. Second 4 mile rune was even colder but the roads were not as icy. Shoe fit was good ... no longer felt snug. I have been a long time Saucony customer with a mix of other brands usually with two pairs of running shoes at any one time. I think these are going to work out good. I do wish they had the GTX lining but I'll see how the "moisture resistance" works for me.

Multiple runs in slush and ice. Feel so much safer out in such weather and feet are not soaked after the first little splash. Plan to grab another pair just to wear around when not running, that is how good they grip the snow and ice. Wish the new model was not just all black but had some other color.

My only winter/around freeze/ice running shoes. They are true waterproof so my feet are dry during rainy/splashy runs. They have an amazing outsole with sandstone like cover minimizing slips. I live the way they look too. Major "go" for that money.

Got these to walk the dog & hike in cold weather. So far I am thrilled. They are warm and comfortable, and they look good. I haven't had them long so I cannot speak to durability but so far I am a very satisfied customer.

The shoe seems very well built but I have only had it a week. The Vibram outsoles are a must for me. The non-Vibram outsoles fall apart it seems. The old Saucony's seem to all come with Vibrams and lasted forever. The shoe is very comfortable and light. Pretty snazzy looking also. No complaints so far.

Now that I have this shoe I think I'm spoiled for life. It's super comfortable and makes running in the snow just plain fun. I run on the Kinvara as a road shoe and this handles similarly. It is of course a bit bulkier, but that added weight translates into better support, grip, and comfort, so I'm not complaining. I wouldn't take this or any shoe out on really icy trails, but if you are running in packed snow, slush, or mild to moderate icy conditions, this shoe will go the distance. And this will definitely be my go to dirt trail shoe from now on as well.

Amazingly comfortable. Perhaps due to "EVERUN" Insole in conjunction with the Vibram sole. Great traction and stability. Looking forward to many miles on these. Well constructed, and ample support. I wear these for hiking while photographing. Typical hike is ~5 miles, on various surfaces.

Comfort and fit are perfect, but I bought these for the none slip rubber on the bottom. Tried them in the snow and ice this past week, couldn't be better. I'm seventy five, and jogging in the snow and ice is a concern. Best shoe I've had.

Love the new Peregrines. Run my Shepherd before work in the dark and these provide the sure footedness I was looking for. I have always run in Saucony size 9.5 guys model and have always been well pleased. Now I have the perfect winter shoe for rough terrain too! Bravo!!

Have just used these a week. So far so good . Bought for walking/running in upstate NY for the winter. Easy to get through the snow but still slick going over icy spots. Fit and comfort were as advertised.

I bought the 2017 version of this sneaker last winter and it was great. Excellent comfort. I went up 1 size and they fit great. The traction is outstanding and they keep my feet dry running on snow covered trails. My only complaint about this lastest version is that it doesnt have the reflective strip on the heel of the sneaker and the reflective bits around the lace holes like last year's model.

Have not tried it on slick surfaces yet. Other than the stiffer tread, it seems to be very similar to the last iteration of the Triumph. I have had several iterations of the Triumph and liked them until the last two. The fit of the Triumph and the Ice are both similar and good but the forefoot cushioning on the Triumph has not been good the last two and the Ice seems similar except that the firmer sole of the Ice is both more protective of the issues I have had with the cushioning on the Triumph right shoe, while at the same time because of the stiffer sole, the shoe is not as flexible and there is more slip in the heel. I will wear it this winter some and further evaluate but it does not seem quite what I want, in either it or the Triumph. I have tried other Saucony shoes and I feel that for me and my fit and use, the Saucony has brand has gone down with the lastest versions. I usually use my shoes for power walking and hiking. I do appreciate that this shoe is more weather resistant and hope to find out how well that has been accomplished.

I have purchased Saucony shoes for years now and this is my third pair of peregrine ICE. I think the shoe design and fit is great, they have been my go to for winter running shoes. I'm a little disappointed in the build quality of this pair. On one of the shoes, the uppermost right eyelet was punched too close to the second eyelet and isn't as functional.

Disappointed and had to return. I wanted to like these shoes but after 100 miles I had to look for something else -- they were terrible in the snow (extremely slippery) and also didn't quite fit right for me and gave me terrible blisters. I normally wear standard peregrines and would definitely recommend those plus crampons for winter use -- the ice pads at the bottom of these are just slippery pads when it meets the wet.

This shoe is not a good running shoe. They feel like you're running with bricks attached to your feet and my feet ache after my run, which never happens. When you're running, the Arctic grips don't do anything and I've slipped several time on my run. These are decent walking shoes where the Arctic grip actually provide a small amount of traction. Overall, I would just skip these shoes and just run with a decent trail shoe if you want to run out in the snow and ice

I was very disappointed when I tried these shoes on and wore them for a day. I cannot wear them without having significant lateral pain and pain due to them being too short. I ordered them 1/2 size larger than I usually take, they still do not fit well. I was disappointed about being unable to return them, because I wore them 1x.
