I bought this jacket in orange last year to help keep me warm in the fall, but I continued to wear it throughout the winter season because it's just so darn warm! It's also surprisingly wind resistant. Its been my favorite jacket ever since I bought it. I even ordered an additional two of the fireside fleece (a regular blue one and a half zip grey one) just because I love them so much. I am a sucker for things that are soft and fuzzy, and all the fireside fleece jackets are the softest I've ever owned. I think it's meant for camping (due to the name) but it's great for everyday wear as well. I will say that if you're just on the cusp of regular sizes and extended sizes and you're on the shorter side, go with the extended size. My first jacket is an XXL and the second one is a 1X, and the 1X fit better because the sleeves and body of the jacket are shorter.

Very soft and plush. I got the ivory color to match everything. Sleeves are long enough. Very happy with my purchase. I ordered a size up for layering.

Received my Fire Side jacket last week. I love it. It is so soft an plush. I can't wait for cooler weather to wear it. The high neck is perfect.

Love this pull over the only thing that didn't fit the way I wanted was the sleeves were a little long but nothing major.

Has character, not a print, just a texture so looks different. Perfect weight for the chilly days, but not too heavy. Not winter, not spring, similiar to a hoodie weight.

Love this jacket! So soft and warm. Even on a walk on a windy day, it kept me warm and the cold air did not blow through. Can't wait to buy more colors. Columbia, a pretty blue, teal or purple/lilac would be great!

This is rather like your favorite old bathrobe! (Or perhaps the matching rug?) It is the kind of fleece that rather reminds me of the chenille from the 70s. Least you think this is a bad thing, think again. It is soft, cozy and the color is really pretty. It does run a bit large, but as I assume you want to wear it more as a jacket or a sweatshirt, you may have layers underneath and need the extra room. I actually have kept my heat turned down in the winters and gotten quite used to wearing an extra layer. The money saved is significant and I rarely notice it with the proper layers on. It is only after going to someone else home (where I roast) that I realize I prefer it to be a bit cool. This one has nice pockets which will hold your keys and phone nicely. I washed it and it came through without any problem. It is a bit heavier than your typical sweatshirt, but in that same level of thickness and warmth. I would recommend this and would purchase it again.

I bought this jacket just before a trip to Arizona. I was so excited to get it in time for the trip. I love it because it is so soft, has deep pockets and was perfect for the 40ish degree evenings. I purchased the light gray so I was surprised that it had a pale bluish hue to it which made the jacket even more appealing to me. My daughter bought one in a dark green, also very cute.

This is my absolute favorite jacket! I have it in 3 colors. Everyone that sees it wants to give me a hug because they said it looks like a soft blanket! It is so comfortable and so so warm. I wear it in the winter and am never cold! I could probably order one in every color!!!

This jacket is amazingly soft and it's quite warm. I've actually had to take it off because I was getting hot! I'm very tactile so I appreciate how soft and nice this jacket is. I ordered the cirrus grey, which has a touch of blue in it and it's very pretty. I definitely recommend this jacket!
