These shoes are so cute but sadly I had to return them. I always buy Saucony for my running/walking shoes and usually they fit me great. While I felt these shoes were true to size I could not get them to stop rubbing on my heel. It felt like my foot sat really high up in the shoe and no matter how tight I tied the laces I could not get my heel to stop slipping and rubbing in the back. I could tell that after a few miles of this I'd get blisters.

I own several pairs of Saucony shoes--some lightweight pairs for warm weather and some stronger, more supportive shoes for colder weather. I bought a white pair of Saucony Freedom ISO around a year or so ago and they are DIVINE! Like stepping on clouds. An eagle outline appears on the soles. Really good support, substantial shoe material, just plain terrific. So I decided to get a similar pair in black a week ago and the pair that arrived is so totally different. Different sole. Different lacing, different support, kind of shabby overall. Huge disappointment. Sending them back--only the second pair of Sauconys I've returned to Zappo's in the 12+ years I've bought from it. I've gone back to an older model that I wore for several years and repeated the buy--the Progrid Integrity. So now I am expecting those shoes and hoping they will be the sturdy Saucony I need and remember. I buy my shoes and slippers nowhere else but from Zappos. It has the best selection and the best customer service--and i will happily stay with Zappo's, because it is not Zappo;s fault that these Sauconys didn;t measure up for me.

I like these shoes! I have trouble with my feet cramping in running shoes. I owned this brand in the old version and loved them. They were the only shoes that my feet didn’t cramp in. When they wore out, I bought these ones and I think they’re just as great.

I bought these for running because they are light and have a minimal toe to heel rise (more neutral). I really like them for running and just walking around, however, they don't do great in the gym when I am doing a lot of side to side movements because they are so light-weight. My daughter stole them from me so I bought her a pair as well. I have white, she has black, both are great and I love the color of the bottoms! I would wear these 24/7 if I could. I usually wear an 8.5 or 9 in a running shoe, I bought 9's in these and they are perfect!

Was looking for a shoe with cushioning for pickleball. Saucony shoes fit my feet well. Ample room in the toe box. Decent arch support. Could use a bit more gel or cushioning, but after trying on over 20 pairs, these were great. I bought 2 pairs.

Best feeling athletic shoes I've tried on in a while. They are soft and springy. I have narrow feet, but the design of the laces makes it easy to adjust the fit to my foot.

Happy feet! These shoes are lightweight & give great support! Winners in my book!

Love that these have casual street style while maintaining the comfort level of an excellent running shoe. Had to order a half size up but overall very supportive without being heavy! Love them!

nice fit; I just need more cushion on ball of foot for running as I have front (toe arch) problems.

I love how this shoe looks! It is great for low impact activities and super comfortable just walking around in. However, it doesn't have a ton of support and my foot moves around a lot inside the shoe - the heel especially.

I really wanted to love this shoe. It is super comfortable, light, rides low to ground. I like the style. But, what I didn't realize is that the toe box is completely mesh (like, you can see your sock through it!). Maybe this works for a summer, kick around shoe, but, for a $160 running shoe that should take me through all four seasons...I can't buy it. Really too bad.

Comfortable shoe, and love the look, however this shoe offers very little support for walking or even working out at the gym, there's no stability so one's foot is sliding around even with laces tightened sufficiently. This is a poor design for saucony and a disappointment after owning several pairs of the Guide 9 and the ISO. I'm returning and going back to the previous ISO design. If you just want a shoe to wear out and look good this is a nice shoe but for any activity is hopeless.
