I've been searching for a jacket that is lightweight and still warm as I have had shoulder surgeries. I'm fairly tall, and love that these jackets are long enough to cover my 'buttisimo' but are non-restrictive for my work on a horse farm. The inner cuffs are simple but genius. I purchased one a tad too small so ordered another in a larger size but kept the smaller size as I have a few pounds to lose. Loved them so much I bought another with a hood! These will be my 'go to' jackets from now on. LOVELY to have something warm that doesn't weigh more than a small car!

Love everything about this coat from the fit to the inner cuff with thumb holes. The fit is great! In the past I have found Columbia coats run small but this one is true to size. The omni heat keeps me nice and warm with no bulk.

I purchased this jacket in a 2X, and I find it very true to size. The color is beautiful and the coat is very very warm! I live in upstate New York, only 60 miles from Canada, and Winter has hit us early! This coat and the higher neck doesn't allow any wind to reach my body! It's truly perfect! I can attest to this being another great product from the Columbia line!

This jacket is a nice color. It seems warm enough for moderately cold weather (so far I have used it down to 30 degrees Fahrenheit). It has enough pockets that zip to be pretty handy.

I love this coat. I was told it ran a little big and I was glad wore it to a Christmas parade and it kept me very warm

I love that it is very lightweight, yet keeps you warm. Very comfortable. Perfect for every day.

This coat is a little large on me so I may not have needed to size up but it still looks good and gives me extra room. The arms are long and I have long arms. You can fold the sleeve if needed and it looks nice. I love the thumb lining. It looks good and keeps me cozy.

Size fits perfect. Well made. So lightweight and still keeps me warm. Would definitely recommend!

This jacket isn't thick and is still very warm! I have NEVER found a jacket that I can wear while in the car and this jacket allows me to! I utilized the size chart and was able get my perfect fit on the first try. Knowing that I can find plus size outerwear that is funtional AND cute is what will keep me a customer with Columbia.

This product is light weight and extremely warm.

I am 5'3" and 250 lbs and I bought this jacket in the green color. I just had a baby 2 months ago and my belly isn't totally back to normal yet so I can't zip the jacket comfortably right now. I usually wear a 2x in clothes but I bought the 1x in this because other reviews said it ran big. Every other part of the jacket fits me perfectly and I am still losing so I think it will be fine. It's a gorgeous color and I love the thumb holes in the sleeves underneath. I love Columbia's plus size line of clothing, I have bought several things and will buy more!

I am moving from the south to the north west and knew I would need a warm coat. I wanted relaxed fit so ordered one size up, can layer a fleece underneath. It is lightweight, stylish and does not feel bulky. It is also soft and packs easily for return trips down south. I am thinking of ordering the same coat w/ the hood for added protection. Grab this coat you won't be sorry. Plus the omni heat lining adds to the warmth. I got the navy BTW, very pretty. Also like the thumb holes, never had a coat w/ that feature before.

Comfortable, roomy coat that is not bulky. I have a Heavenly Long length coat and this fits similar. This one, the torso length hits at my hips and is stylish and looks great. Love the omni heat lining as it regulates my body heat so I dont sweat like I do in other coats while being active. Active being the key word. If you're just sitting around ice fishing this might not be warm enough but if you're active (walking, shoveling snow) this is the perfect coat to keep you comfortably warm without a lot of bulk.

Nothing too special in the looks-department. Comfortable, easy to wear and match with wardrobe. Sleeves have thumb-holes, which make putting on over a long sleeve top super easy. Helps keeps hands a little warm and protected in Chicago cold wind. Pockets have microfiber lining. I deducted a star for "Overall" because it does not have a loop at the collar to hang coat on a hook.

The quality of the jacket is great and it fits perfectly, but I rated it a 4 as it is not quite as warm as I expected.

I bought this a couple of months ago and wanted to give it some wear before I reviewed it to see how it withstood various temperatures. I bought this to have a nice lightweight/non bulky coat for when the temperature dips below fleece weather but hasn't reached parka weather. This is perfect for that. I had my doubts on the warmth but it is surprisingly warm for it's weight/thickness. Having used it a few times as the temperature drops lower and lower, it is great for temps in the 30-40F range just as it is. As it drops colder, you definitely want to start layering. With a good long-sleeve shirt or under/base layer or light sweaters, this could get you down into the high teens-20F ranges with no real problems. Below that, I'm more inclined for a thicker coat versus more layers but if you're the kind of person who doesn't get as cold as easily, this would still work for you. I do think this jacket works better on its own when there little to no wind/breeze - as the wind starts to blow more and can "drive that cold" into you more, you definitely start to notice this jacket needing some more "oomph" to it - whether that be a thicker coat overall or needing to add a few layers underneath. The only thing I have not yet done with this jacket is test it long-term (ie I haven't stood outside for hours and hours...just running errands around town and going to work) Size wise this coat fits as expected. I bought a 2x. I wear around an 18/20 plus women's top, a 40DD bra, and a 20/22 on the bottom with larger hips and behind. This fits well to almost a bit loose on my upper body and is not too snug around my wider hips. I could almost fit a 1x if I did not want to add any thicker layers underneath.

Great Jacket! Definitely feels warm. I got a 2x on the plus size, my size is usually xl or XXL. I was worried that it will fit me too big when i order it. It fits me right on the chest area but its a bit loose on the stomach. Im not drowning in it but theres a room for sweater to go under. I wear it all the time.
