This jacket runs a little big, especially in the arms..it does keep you warm and dry...awesome jacket

Decent enough jacket. I really disliked all of the color choices in this jacket, but I thought maybe I could live with the Lagoon. Once I got it, I hated it; it is too dark. 'Why does doesn't Columbia offer fun colors that women love (like the ones offered by your competitor)? All of the colors it seems are for a man's jacket and not for women. Horrible. Dark, drab and depressing. Nope. Going to shop TNF instead.

I ordered the XL which was a perfect snug fit over a shirt and light jacket. It runs larger than the size guide suggests. For reference, I'm 5'4", 230lbs, 34B x 41W x 51H - the 2X was WAY too large (though suggested by the size guide) and the XL is perfect. XL is the ideal size if you live in a mild climate but if you want to wear a bulkier sweater underneath go for the 1X. The sleeves are still an inch too long. The jacket is warm albeit too heavy and warm for year round use and is better suited for just winter wear. The hand pockets are zippered so things don't fall out and the interior security pocket is a decent size. All of the zippers for both the pockets and the zipper are subpar. They have trouble zipping and often stick or jam. It would be great if they used more functional and easy to zip zippers.

I purchased a medium and it was too small. I returned it for a large and the large was way too big.

I want this coat but I don't like the quilted look. Have an older columbia jacket almost exactly like this that isn't quilted. Wish I could get another one like my old one

Love this coat. I have it in several colors but the last one I ordered in red was made differently. Cost ran much smaller and thumb keyholes were not as comfortable as previous ones I have. Still a great coat just isn't fitting the same as ones I got in previous years.

I like this jacket very much. It is relatively thin and slim fitting, yet very warm. I am comfortable in it wearing a t-shirt underneath and with the temperature in the 30's Any temp over the 40's and it's to warm. My only complaint is that I have washed this jacket three times and now in the back I see that it is coming unstitched. With the price I paid for it and Columbia's reputation for great quality, this should not be happening.

After reading the reviews for this jacket, I thought it would be THE perfect jacket for traveling and around home. I read "how warm" it was and people in snowy areas saying it got them through the winter... All I can say is, they MUST be very warm blooded and not "usually" cold. I am naturally cold blooded, I admit that is true. I tried wearing this jacket on days when it was 40-50 degrees out and I was cold. The only positive thing I can say about this jacket is it is thin and light, so easy to pack for travel. It would add a layer of warmth under a jacket, which is what I have decided to do with it. Absolutely glad I bought it on sale as I would never have kept it otherwise. Pretty disappointed...

When it arrived, the zipper was misaligned.

It could be a good coat if it was fitted for a woman's body. Too tight across the chest, perfect in the waist. If I return for a larger size then good-bye waist. There's no winning here. It says it is for a woman, but this was likely designed by a man. Also the interior is the shiny heat retaining material medics use, and it basically feels like it looks - plastic and unpleasant. I would never get used to it.

Nice coat, however, the sleeves are way too long and the coat was too tight. Also ordered it in the large and the sleeves were too long, but the body fit fine. Sent the large back because of the sleeves.

Although nice, this jacket has very long sleeves that are too tight. I am not sure what kind of recycled material the lining is made of since it's not like other jackets I have this one is shiny and it glows! I am allergic to recycled materials.

This jacket fit perfectly and the dark teal color is beautiful. Unfortunately, the company name, printed in white, detracts from the appearance to such a degree that I won't be happy wearing the jacket.

Oh dear, too small! I sent it back immediately. I always wear a medium, but could hardly get my arms in. It was pretty, but no way.

First jacket ordered had a stitching flaw on the sleeve, perfect fit though. Exchanged for another jacket, same color and size (XS); this jacket the sleeves and armpit area were too tight to wear. Tried another exchange, same color and size (XS); same problem sleeves and armpit area too tight. Noticed first jacket was made in China, and two exchanges made in Bangladesh. Returned for refund. Cute jacket if the sleeves weren't so tight. Good luck!
