Customer Reviews PUMA King Avanti (Legends Pack)

I am happy with the my King Avanti Puma sneakers. I was disappointed in how they arrived. The actual shipping box fell apart bc it was not placed in a plastic bag on an extremely rainy day. The actual puma box as a result was also wet. The sneakers however were not damaged. I asked customer service if they would send me a replacement shoe box which they declined my request. I was told I would have to return the current box first. It all seem so complicated and inconvenient for something that was of no fault of mine as the customer. This left me very frustrated and turned off. I expected more of Zappos customer service. My items to be dry on arrival regardless of weather conditions.

The toe box was way too tight. They just didn't look good or feel right on me.
