I typically freeze all the time when I got this coat it was a high of 10 degrees outside when normally I get goosebumps even in my winter coat not once so far have I in this coat it keeps me warm and I don't freeze in it at all when this coats get old or broken I will buy a new one right away the only thing I didn't like is the color was a little off from pictures on line but not that bad

I had no idea the quality I was getting when I bought this jacket! It keeps me so warm, a warmth I never thought I could get with a jacket! I had a large parka a had bought at Target last winter and it was good enough but after buying this jacket I realized that I was not nearly as warm in my parka as I was in this jacket. I use it all three ways, I wear the jacket and the insert together most of the time but on the days it isn't "as cold" I can wear the outer piece by itself and be great plus the insert is a soft zip up jacket I wear all the time. I will not be needed another jacket for the colder weather for a long time!

This jacket was very warm, yet not too bulky to move around in. The fleece lining is very easy to remove and put back.

I love this jacket. It's fits great. I was afraid it might not be big enough but it is. The length is great, comes over top the top of my pants line. It's warm and soft. I can't wait to take it out skiing.

Wife has always wanted a Bugaboo coat. I've had a few of them over the years and they have been great. The grayish tones online of Astral is a purplish hue in person, much prettier than I expected. I wish that they would list the liner color to coordinate some assories but I couldn't find the specific name of the pink color anywhere. The fleece liner is extremely soft and comfortable. It's a Christmas gift so I can't comment on the functionality yet, but it looks great and the past Columbia coats have always served me well.

This coat fit well and is nice and warm. I love th colors and they match my Columbia boots well. So far it's held up to some 20-30 degree mornings without any issues. I would purchase again. This is actually my 3rd Columbia jacket/coat since I like them so much.

It runs a bit big. At 5'2 and 105lb, I got the XS but it's still pretty big (the sleeves are loose and a bit too long, the coat covers a lot). But if anything it's a plus, because it keeps me warm and cozy. Besides that, I love it. It's soooooooooooo soft with the white jacket! It also keeps me both warm and dry which I find really rare in coats. I got the dark green/ivy, and it's a beautiful color that looks great on me.

The coat is everything it was advertised it would be. It's light weight, yet perfectly warm and cuddlelly. In my line of work, I'm outside in all kinds of weather and it functions as I would expect and as advertised. I like it so much, that I bought it's matching gloves. When you are standing out in the cold, you couldn't want anything better. I tried on the coat at a sporting goods store and found that an XL was just right for layering, i.e. sweatshirt, etc. I'm an average size person and I like a little room.

Love, Love, Love this jacket. I have had a very similar Columbia jacket (Bugaboo interchangeable) for the past 4 years. I had looked for the past 2 years at jackets and could never find one that I liked until I came to the Columbia site and found exactly what I was looking for (color wise and interchangeable). Since my purchase I have had numerous people compliment me on my jacket and have encouraged them to shop at Columbia!

I bought this to replace my Bugaboo from 1997 that had just now worn out. The quality is amazing on Columbia products! The body of the coat is generous and even as an XL wearer I can still wear thicker shirts comfortably under the coat. Very warm!! Even in a wind chill of below 32 this past weekend, I was totally comfortable. The only thing I'd change is to get rid of the velcro outer closure and bring back the snaps. As a shorter lady, I don't always like to fully zip the whole coat. The velcro opens when I move around if I partially close the coat with it. Also, the inner sleeves should go back to being a smooth material, the fuzzy lining makes it very difficult to pull the sleeve over a long sleeve shirt- it sticks! Overall, I'm happy with the coat, its a flattering fit, and the dark purple is an attractive color.

Warm, stylish, comfortable coat

The inside fleece jacket is incredibly soft and fuzzy. The outside shell is a beautiful pink color. Exactly what I was looking for in quality, color, comfort, and price. I'm 5'11" 200lbs and ordered an XL which was a tiny bit big but will leave room for layering. I like the easy to remove hood.

I purchased this jacket looking for versatility. With this jacket comes at least three potential opportunities: A warm fleece for fall weather, a waterproof rain coat shell for those way too wet days and combining the two for an incredibly warm and rigorous jacket. I'm incredibly happy with the purchase, and while I have not been able to wear it through the winter months just yet, I can tell it's quality and warmth from the get go. The jacket ran true to size, with a number of adjustable features I couldn't be happier or warmer!

I love Bugaboo jackets.. worn them over the years when i lived in wisconsin and now in Missippi.. received dark ivy xsmall today.. i really love the thick fleece lining!. Wow. I just ordered one in black, also.. best winter jacket

I was deciding between this one and the north face version and decided on this on because it looks much warmer and fuzzy. I couldn't be more happy with it. It's so warm and fits just right. I was worried that the XS wouldn't be small enough bc I'm 5'2 and only 100lbs but it's great. I got it for work but I love it so much I'm wearing it everywhere I go. Love that I can take off the top layer when I'm at work and only need the fuzzy coat.

The quality is so good. It is the best coat I bought. I love the color very much which looks like bright sky ^_^

As a Person who absolutely hates winter, this jacket makes it bearable without making me look too puffy. The interchange system is the softest I have ever felt!

Order a size larger especially if you will be wearing a sweatshirt under your jacket. Others wise seems nice.

Jacket is fairly warm. But for cold and windy days on the slopes it's not as warm as I'd hoped.

Great jacket! Love that the 2 layers come apart. Hoping it's waterproof enough for skiing
