The jacket quality is really nice but there are a lot of feathers that come out. I didn't expect to see so much since the jacket is quite pricey. Also the top zipper part is so uncomfortable around the neck area. It's so stiff and hurts.

I heard good things about this jacket, so I purchased it online. When it arrived I was surprised at the lack of quality and the below average fit. I ended up returning it and was disappointed.

Warm down parka. I hesitated purchasing due to the price, but am so glad that I did. This is the warmest jacket, love the hood. Wish there were other color options to select from.

very pretty, comfortable and warm

The jacket is very warm but not heavy at all. The waterproof material is a plus. The size is running slightly big. I'm 5'5" 132 lbs and I'm wearing a size small. The collar part is a little too big, and when I zip up, it covers to my mouth and feels a little too tight. Overall, it's a very nice jacket and I would recommend it.

Definitely felt warm, had a good weight to it. Like other reviewers have said, the gray turns purple in sunlight (not a desired look). Sized okay. The pockets felt a little cold (no insulation between the hand and the outside of the jacket. But mainly the issue was the fabric just screamed "i'm going to pick up every piece of lint and every stray cat hair in your home!" in a way that would drive me batty.

It's a heavy and sturdy coat. Very warm!

Purchased to replace my old North Face coat, it looks identical but the material "catches" a lot more dog hair then my previous coat. However, it did keep me warm through Michigan winter.

Waterproof and lightweight

Cozy coat, good zipper, good length. The hood is a little big and flappy but it's rain-repellent. I thought I would miss having a furry hood lining but I don't.

I like this jacket. I got it a size bigger a large and if it's a little baggie but it looks really good. I am 5'8 170 pounds and I feel like a large is a good size on me. Sleeves are also a good length they're not too short. Very warm.

This jacket is a lifesaver. Kept me warm all winter!! Will purchase again & again!

The feathers leak out of the jacket. Didn't seem like it was filled enough. Not really happy with the quality for the price point

Very warm and comfy

Love this jacket but it runs SMALL! Especially the sleeves. For reference, I'm 115 lbs and 5 foot 4. I'd say I am usually a S/XS, and ordered this in a medium for an oversized fit and it's so small.
