It was a high school graduation gift to my granddaughter who was accepted to a college in rainy, cold state. She was thrilled as she lives in California.

Great coat for my daughter to take to college.

I used this jacket for one very light winter and the stitching of the pocket lining came out within the first two months. I contacted them and they said I had to pay to send it in to be evaluated.

Decent look

Love the color and weight of the jacket! Its a tiny bit narrow on the thighs but the next size up was too large everywhere else.

My mom used it during the colder months here in Seattle. She gets cold pretty easily and this item was great for her

Purchased to have as a heavy duty coat around town all winter long. Very comfortable! Is heavy duty. Hoping it preforms like the 2019 model which was amazing! Kept me SO WARM, blocked wind and was the best parka I've ever owned. Unfortunately this new model doesn't allow the hood to be taken off and doesn't have a zipper inside pocket. Other than that is a great jacket so far. I size up to allow sweaters underneath. I am a 40 inch waist/hop/bust and got a XL

Superior durable quality with vibrant color.Lighter weight than my older model. Can't wait to wear it this winter.

I haven't had a chance to wear this coat, since I purchased it on sale this past spring. (I'm 5'5", 145 lbs.) However, I was pleased to see that the tag indicates the coat is machine-washable! (Picture of tag attached.) I didn't see the cleaning instructions listed ANYWHERE in the online description of the coat, which was very frustrating! (I hope The North Face fixes this issue for ALL of its outerwear.) Anyway, I tried the coat on at home and it feels and looks like a good-quality coat. The only problem I have is that the outer sleeves are too long, so I have to fold them back. (There's a thumb notch on "inner" sleeves, so you can cover your hands, if desired, but I don't like doing that.) I actually ordered both the Medium and Large size coats to compare the fit; however, I discovered the sleeves on the Medium coat are also too long. In the end, I decided to keep the Large size, because it's more roomy and I can zip it up over my waist pack, which I couldn't do with the Medium size.

Oh I love the green color, it is beautiful. I bought the black and blue and the Burgundy colors as well

I had originally purchased this jacket (online) in a size that was too large, so I had to reorder the right size. Each time I called customer service to ask a question on the process, they were extremely helpful and kind! I will definitely purchase from The North Face again!

The best jacket ever! Super cool!

Fur trim on the parka hood has a stiff in it that allows one to shape the hood. If you have ever had a floppy, unruly hood, this parka hood does not disappoint. There is a double break zip, which is a must have for winter coats this length. Plenty of warm, and a nice inside pocket for cards and phones

I love this jacket! It is light and warm. I have one in black and this white and black is even better!
