This is a classic North Face gorgeous jacket. Is it puffy? Yes, why that's the whole point of this jacket, that it is filled with down and super warm. I got the medium grey, which is a bit darker than it looks in the photo, but I'm keeping it. Its 7 degrees out today, so enough said. It is a beautifully designed jacket and its a classic. I have another down jacket made by north face that is about 10 or so years old, maybe more. its still in good shape, doesn't look its age, but its not as warm as this jacket and I wanted something new. this does not make me look fat, as one reviewer said about the jacket, nor make me look like a 'hunchback' as another reviewer said. I'm thin, so I need the extra warmth. I have a bit of extra room in the small, perfect for a sweater underneath if I want. its also got velcro around the wrists to keep the cold from coming up your arms. the hood isn't insulated, but that's what hats are for. BEAUTIFUL. CLASSIC. WARM. NORTH FACE. my favorite new item. :)

Awsome COAT

I exchanged it for the women's Thermoball cropped jacket.

I bought This jacket 20 years ago for my daughter when she grew out of it I started wearing it. My two daughter and thought it was time for me to get a new one so they purchased me one for my birthday! Best gift ever!

I gave this goat to my daughter as a Christmas present but was exactly what she wanted and lives it. The actual coat was true to the picture on the website. I was thrilled to get her such a warm coat that she'll actually wear in the cold NYC winters.

I've had this jacket for 11 years (can't believe it's been that long) and it barely shows signs of wear. This is a great coat for cold temps. I live in Washington State, and while it doesn't get into negative degrees, it gets cold enough that you need this coat. It is not the most packable jacket as others as it is pretty bulky, BUT it does stuff into a stow pocket, which is nice but I never do it because its too hard to get it in. This is a great city jacket and I wear it every winter into early spring. I have been so pleased with how many years it has lasted and there are no tears or scuffs anywhere. Would definitely recommend!

My daughter loves this coat.

I absolutely loved this coat! It’s extremely warm and it fits true to size. It’s a bubble coat so it looks a little bulky but trust me it’s just because it’s so warm. The material feels nice on my skin, I wear this coat on a cold day with just a long sleeve or a shirt sleeve shirt no sweater under it. But if your in below zero weather I guess you could wear a sweater under it and be extra warm! I recommend this coat.

Love it just order true to size I ordered an xlarge using there size chart should of followed my own mind and order my usual large had to return but order another love or light weight super warm large fits perfectly

The cost is what I wanted and meets the features I needed.
