I love everything about this coat! It's been super cold but I feel warm for long periods outside. Pockets big enough for phone and gloves. I can layer a sweater underneath and it's not too tight. I love the thumb holes so the sleeves never ride up. Perfect length. Best coat I've ever owned!

This coat is super warm, I work outside perfect for it, walking dogs. I got a large due to the fact I wear bulkier clothes. I just wish it didn't make my butt look huge, it's the only flaw. It's the right length if you looking for a knee length coat.

I live in a more Northern state and having a winter parka is a must. I did so much research and went to many different stores online and this was the winner. The down is incredibly warm and the fabric it is completely waterproof and wind proof. This winter the average temperatures are 20 - 30 degrees with winds and just wearing a long sleeve t -shirt under this jacket is enough to keep me cozy. It feels like a blanket and is incredibly soft on the inside. I read all the reviews before purchasing so if you're anything like me and you got to this review - take note of relatable reviews to make sure you're buying for your location/temperatures - but just get it. Ignore all those negative reviews and get it. I am now a TNF loyal customer!!

Hello, so for starters I'm 5'10 yes I'm a tall women! I put my height just to be informative because I hate when people leave reviews and they don't say their height lol. I got this jacket exactly how it looks in the picture above. (Brown color) I love this jacket! 10 out of 10 recommend, I get so many compliments, because you don't often see the brown color here in Seattle where I live. You're more likely to see the black color. That's nice and all but just a little too basic for me. I definitely wanted to stand out. As I stated before , I get so many compliments on this jacket than any other jacket I've worn before. ALSO IMPORTANT- I take care of it even when I need to wash it. I make sure that I wash it with care. Following the proper care instructions on the label inside the jacket. That will give your north face longevity! Thank you north face for your designs and I love your brand and thank you to anyone who took time out their day to read my review! Add this to your cart sis! I wear this when it's super cold and it keeps me warm and it's easy to move in. Does not restrict movement and the two way zipper is great when driving.

Warm enough for a Vermont ski trip. Fitted with the ripcords pulled in, so we don't look bigger than we are. High neck acts like a scarf. Removable fur trim zips. Love the colors and length and snap buttons option for not zipping.
