Beautiful, warm and good fit. Effect for walks in the winter

It's so warm and comfortable. It is really water resistant also. I spilled coffee on the sleeve first day I wore it, it rolled right off. We are in the coldest part of the season in Minnesota and it's keeping me warm and coszy.

Wife and I went out to dinner the other night and had to park a little ways away. As we walked around town and to the restaurant she said she felt like the weather was perfect, as I walked next to her near freezing. It was ~10 Degrees out with some wind chill as well. Great coat.

I loved my old North Face parka, but this was is a huge upgrade because it is waterproof! So warm and comfy.

Love this jacket so far it's held up in weather in the 20 degrees and I did not feel cold!

I regret buying this jacket. Didn't realize how much of a hassle and trouble having velcro instead of good old snap buttons would cause. It's damaging my gloves, my sweaters and scarves. Why, why did the company think this would be a good idea??? 2 stars because the jacket is very warm and will keep you dry. But even for the sale price, not worth it with the Velcro on it.

My Wife wears it out all the time in our cold weather climate (Michigan). Never have I heard her complain about the cold since she got it.

Love this awesome jacket. It is super warm in sub zero temps. It is very versatile also. I can go to work in it, walk the lake in it, and ski in it (which I did tonight). I would buy it in every color and for all my friends if I could!!

Velcro felt cheap for that kind of money being spent.

I got this parka for Christmas, so I've only been wearing it for about 2 weeks, but it has exceeded my expectations! I am outdoors quite a lot, and the weather in New England is cold, wet, snowy and windy. I have been warm and DRY since receiving it. The features that I really like are the length and fit; the color (hard choice, but I chose navy); the fact that it is not a "puffer" style parka; the Velcro closures on the front flap (no snaps or buttons to deal with); the placement, orientation, and depth of the hand pockets; and this is a big one the fact that the fur trim on the hood is removable. I would not have purchased this if the fur was not removable (thanks sensory issues!). However, when the fur is not attached, the hood is a little "shallow" and doesn't stay on very well. I am sure using the hood with the trim attached would make it fit better, but I haven't tried that yet (and probably won't!). That is really the only negative, so I think that's pretty good! For reference, I am 5'3" and ordered a size small. The length of both the parka and sleeves are great for me (but I'm on the petite side) and it's not too snug with a sweater underneath, but honestly, you don't need a sweater! It's that warm! I NEVER write reviews, so the fact that I am doing so says a lot. I highly recommend this parka and I am looking forward to wearing it for years to come!

Love the jacket. Warm and cozy. But 4 stars because the jacket picks up linen. I always have to remove the lint from my jacket by using a lint remover.

This was a X-mas gift for my wife, She absolutely loves it! My wife is very sensitive to cold weather, and this jacket keeps warm in very cold conditions.

Perfect for winter. I actually bought jacket from different brand but I didn't like the quality and that is why I decided to buy at Northface and it was a last minute shopping before i go to Vermont for winter breaks. And it is sooo comfy and warm. I have no regret buying mu coat. And I'm loving it. And i am buying one more again.

Very warm and cozy. Runs a tad big if you like a tighter fit I would size down.
