Great jacket for warmth, perfect length, removable fur on the hood, nice cut, and streamlined. Appears to be very durable. One improvement that could be made is on the pocketssome interior zippered pockets would be nice and a couple on the chest/arm would be goodI was hoping to wear out west skiing but there's nowhere to put the lift pass above your waist so it will scan when you get on the lifts. The inside pocket didn't work for that and didn't close so the pass could fall out if upside down. Great jacket for an everyday wear piece.

Best gift i got this Christmas

It's very warm. Function wise it's 5 stars for sure, but the fit could be more flattering.

Surprised all around about the look and wear of this coat. Love the fabric inside and out.

Great quality and keeps you warm. Medium was a lil big but I know if I got small it would be too small.

Seriously this is THE BEST winter coat you will ever have. Easy to wipe off and wash, SUPER warm for when I am outside or in the ice rink all day watching hockey! I will be purchasing one for everyone in my family because I love mine so much. I can't say enough good things about this jacket!!!!

I bought this coat because I bought the same one a few years ago and love it. This one is not the same quality but it was the same price. The coat is thinner and feels cheap, the fur on the hood is also thinner and is not the same high quality as my other one. So sad when I like a product and the company changes it. It's still a good coat just not what I expected from The North Face.

This is the only jacket my teenage daughter will wear. She absolutely loves it!

Warm coat love the length. But I'm not a fan of the top pockets my hands are not comfortable from that angle would prefer a zipper or snap so I can store things in there and the sleeves are too long I wear XL the coat is narrow which makes it hard to close. It's not cut roomy.

Loved it but sent it back because I knew the zipper would not last. Overall, it was the best coat of all the brands I tried, but the zipper was just not quality compared to the rest of the coat.

Was exactly what I wanted. Warm and comfy.

I loved it my favorite color red. It's a beautiful coat for the cold weather in New York. It keeps me warm.

Since the beginning, every time I wear the jacket, feathers seem to escape, resulting in an inconvenience where my sweaters and T-shirts are covered with feathers. This not only diminishes the overall quality of the jacket but also creates a constant need for cleaning and maintenance. Contacted customer service and got reply of "it's normal" and "you are not eligible to get a warranty". Where is the life time warranty then? And it's not warm. I wear it when it's minus 5 to 10, and not feeling warm at all.

Waterproof quality is terrible

Bought this coat in the Fawn Grey color. And I must say best decision. I absolutely Love this coat. Very Warm, Beautiful color. I have received many compliments. :)

Very warm runs large

I never write reviews but for this coat I had to ! I originally went in store (The North Face Fifth Ave) location I knew I wanted to get a new winter coat but I didn't know what style, color , or what my size would be. Our experience in store: When my boyfriend and I arrived to the store we were greeted with a welcoming hello from security and staff ! (We went on Black Friday) There was a long line and only 45 minutes to closing. I got assisted not only by 1 team member but 3 ! Everyone was super helpful listening to what I wanted in a coat and even in the madness of Black Friday everyone was super friendly, and fast. They suggested 4 different styles and I tried on different colors and sizes in each. My wants were: Longer coat that doesn't end at the hip. Stylish - I always got black winter coats. Feminine -I feel some winter coats make you really boxy. Fit/ Style: I fell in loveeee with the Women's Arctic Parka, I love that it's a longer coat and not short. For reference I'm 5'1 and it hits just at my knees. I got a size XL and I was surprised I thought I would need to get a size in the plus size range. The XXL was too big on me. The XL in fawn grey wasn't available but the staff helped place an online order. I love that the coat accentuates my curves and doesn't make me boxy. Thumb holes and all the other features make such a difference ! *For sizing reference: In pants I wear 18, and typically a XXL/ 1x in shirts, 42C in bra & I have an apple shape.* Color: In the color Fawn Grey to me it looks more of a mauve color and that's what I really loved about it ! It's a stunning color without being overwhelming and bright. It's very diverse where any gender can play it off! Warmth:You don't feel the wind at ALL very warm coat but not overbearing it's a comfortable warmth. I'm no longer shivering or cold. Bonus: The two zippers allow you to open up if you want some air. The North Face just gained a new loyal client can't wait to shop for more products ! :)

I like how this parka has a waist adjuster and it's truly very warm. I'm 5'5' and 138 pounds and got the size small. Fits great!
