My Middle School age child loves Dr. Martens shoes but I believe these are not the shoes I can get her online. Best to try them on. Regrettably I will be returning these.

To hard and heavy

Gave horrible blisters. Tried again after callous formed and issue occurred again. Love Doc’s didn’t like this style.

If you have a narrow heel they won’t feel secure at all. Otherwise good shoe.

Reeeeaalllly wanted these to fit. I love Docs. I've been wearing them all my life. I am a solid size UK 7. Usually, UK 7 is a perfect fit, perhaps a little wide. Ordered these in UK 7. I was so excited when they showed up. Super cute, maybe a little big and clunky, but that's normal for Docs. Tried them on, and at least a full size too small. Especially in width. Wore them in the bedroom with a pair of tights for a bit to see if they would work if they broke in and realized there was no way I could wear them to my event I bought them for. Just too small. Thought about ordering the next size up but worried they will be too long. Super bummed. Ended up wearing my old Mary Jane Docs, which was fine but I was really excited about these. :(

Just too hard and heavy

This is my first experience with a Dr. Martens shoe and I love the look of the classic oxford; however, the size was too large and the shoe was too rigid, no flexibility at all. It would be agonizing to break in, if that is even possible!

Incredibly tight and stiff leather, pretty impossible to wear. Sad they're like this. I've had 2 pairs previously, the patent version is really stiff and painful.

The toe box width and shape has really changed too much for my liking!

The shoes right out of the bed contained creases in the patent leather, I believe the shoes I received were worn previously. They were snug and seemed a 1/2 size too small.
