These are better than expected! I've never owned Dr. Martens before but wanted to try them out now that they make a vegan line. These boots are very comfortable, and I was pleasantly surprised that they are a little wider than I'm used to -- I have wide feet and this is often a problem for me. They are sized a little on the roomy side overall, so my normal size accommodates a thick pair of socks. That is perfect for me since I am planning to wear them through the northeast winter, but if you don't want to wear them with thicker socks and you don't have feet on the wider size, you may need to size down. I can't speak to durability since I just got them, but the style is great and the materials look high quality. I am also pleased that they are not an overly bulky boot. Very attractive, comfy boot!

I guess as I was ordering these the reason I got them was because I loved the shade of red, and they were just slightly taller than the typical 8 eye doc. But when I got them I did not like that they weren't real leather, they were way too shiny for my taste.I know they are providing that option for vegans and that's great, I just prefer the look of leather. I feel they wont break in and look as great otherwise.

I am very disappointed, you seem to gave me a used pair, no shoebox, there are many traces of wearing on the boots......no one told me why......

I love that these are available in vegan. It's not a very convincing synthetic leather, but the overall style is okay. But SO WIDE! They also felt about a half size small.

I am typically a US Women’s Size 8.5, and I ordered a Women’s 8/ Men’s 7 in these. They have ample room for wiggle, but I find these a half-size (maybe less) too big in length, not width. But with thicker boot socks, they fit wonderfully. I must also add the soles grip on these boots is incredible.

Breaking them in now but so far so good!

Material was a hard plastic with no "give" . Very hard to get on and once i did, the tongue was all bent up and uneven. You could see socks through one side of it. I know it's "vegan" but these felt more like cheap plastic. Returned
