I was really excited to get this vest and when I tried it on, I was highly disappointed to find that the arm hole was really small and the armpit area was very tight. Not sure how you can wear a sweatshirt underneath it unless you got a bigger size? but if you get a bigger size, it starts to run too long and looks awkward. I even talked about this issue with the saleslady when I brought it to return in case my product was defective and the other ones they had in stock were equally as tight and she agreed the fit was not right and that other customers also complained about this.

Had been eyeing this for 2 years; was sold out last year. Total disappointment. Was bulky and the furry part wasn't to my taste. Returned at the store only to find out they shipped it back "for me" like it was a favor. Found a used vest for much less online and found a less bulky one at another retailer.

Was too small. Very tight in chest. Go a size up.

Bought a Exttallarge too big then bought large too small

I returned this after trying it on several times. I liked the inner fuzzy fleece layer and the collar and the fact that it was reversible but the gathered arm holes were so uncomfortable and unattractive, I could not get past it. It was hard to tell from the online pictures that the sleeves were as puckered as they are. If I had known that initially, I never would have bought it.

I wanted to love this vest really bad. Has very soft liner which keeps me warm and cozy and length is perfect too. But...sizing is kind of difficult to choose from because L was fitted but xl was way too bulky almost like a box. Also arms are rubber banded and not very comfortable to wear.

I was not able to use medium was to small and large was to big...

Disappointing fit. Everything is perfect but the arm holes are incredibly small and uncomfortable, throwing off the fit of the whole vest

This vest is a very nice fit. However, the logo is sparkly white (in the matte black vest) which makes it seem outdated. Also, the inside is not as warm as I expected.

I purchased this vest in a size medium then had to return it bc it was uncomfortably tight around the arm holes.

The vest runs a lot bigger than most and hangs poorly on the body. Wouldn't recommend.

The fit was way off. The armholes were big the chest a little snug and fit in body. I have jackets by North Face and really like them and they fit well. Not this. Loved the style and warmth. Disappointed.

I didn't like these at all compared to last years model. Totally different fit and not as flattering. The purple color was gorgeous but otherwise, I think I'll return these and keep last years style.

The color is totally different from the picture, size runs smaller than expected. Im going to return it to the store.

The product photo for the copper vest shows as gold online. When you get it, it's a nasty off brown colour. Not copper. Not Gold. Not shiny at all. I used the online size tool to help size my wifes xmas present and it arrived too small as well. I have to pay for my own shipping to return it. So now I'm behind sked on my xmas shopping and out $30 to return this thing and I won't see a refund on my credit card for several weeks. I won't buy anything from this store again.

Tried on a 2X at the local North Face outlet, and it was too small on my hips. Figured I only needed to go up 1 size. Ordered a 3X online. It felt smaller than the 2X in stores...

I bought the grey/black. the black fleece side left black fleece all over the long sleeve tee I was wearing with it.

I usually get small for size but this was too tight & had to return & exchange it but sadly, their stocks were limited & they didn't have size bigger :(

I purchased this vest and it appears to be defective. The fleece side has matted up already and is no longer fluffy. I have tried many things to make it fluffy again but with no luck. I dont recommend buying this vest since after two wears it will look dingy and unwearable

Received this vest and love the pomegranate color. However, it was sent with a defective zipper which won't allow me to unzip it. Unfortunately, the size I need is sold out.

Would be willing to try a different size if available

The vest has an odd fit, with elasticized arm openings. It fit too tight in the arm holes and shoulders, and too wide at the waist. I have several TNF jackets and coats and have not experienced the odd fit. Upon opening the package, the vest had long loose threads on the neck seams. For the price I would not have expected poor quality / fabric. Unfortunately, due to the odd fit the vest was returned.
