I hiked in Scotland for two weeks (I am from Massachusetts). It was warm, breathed well, and is somewhat fashionable. LOVE this coat. I did not use an umbrella, which is a first for me. I am 57 years young.

I bought this jacket for my daughter. She is attending college in New England and this is the perfect jacket for cool days, windy days, wet days or sunny days. You never know what weather you will get in the falland this jacket covers it all. She loves it!

Great jacket that keeps me dry .

Northface honored their lifetime warranty for my old rain jacket by giving me a gift card for a new one. This is the replacement jacket, and it's stylish. The Rhumba Red/ Fig color is beautiful. It's summer, so I haven't had a chance to wear it in rain or wind. I am hopeful that it will work on my travels through North America and Europe.

First time

I bought the jacket in fire brick red and fire brick red dobby; ended up keeping the latter. The dobby version was slightly darker in color and the slightly texture definitely makes it stand out and look higher end. Couldn't be happier with a jacket that I essentially bought sight unseen. Bought it for a trip to San Francisco and lots of hiking in Alaska. It was perfect.

Ordered this online and sent through a friend's address in new jersey who's visiting the Philippines. When I got it, I had to use it due to the heavy rains in Manila. I love the fit and style. I also braved the flooded streets but still went home half-dry because of this jacket. Definitely buying again.

This product is great for the outdoors. As a resident of New England, the weather is pretty unpredictable, so it was nice to find a rain jacket that not only kept you dry, but kept you warm and comfortable as well. If you usually wear a sweatshirt, etc underneath, if suggest purchasing a size up!
