I bought this jacket to take with me hiking in the Smoky Mountains. I used it daily. The weather changed hourly. We went on several hikes. I carried it with me when I was warm and it was very lightweight, so not a chore to do so. Then the weather turned and started to rain. The jacket kept me dry while still breathable. But dried quickly once the rain stopped. At the top of the mountain , I didn't notice the wind while wearing it. It came in very handy on this trip and I'm sure it will be used a lot. Plus, it looks great!

This jacket is great for hiking, rainy weather and even when its windy. It is so lightweight. It looks smart and is also true to its size. Absolutely love it and recommend it to anyone who is looking to buy a nice rainy jacket.

The excellent jacket

This is a great, lightweight rain shell. I can pack it easily, and it's been great at keeping me dry on backpacking trips and long hiking days. Only downside is that it has no interior pocket and the lining of the left hand pocket already has a hole in it after a little over a month of use.

Purchased for college and having to go class to class in the rain and for football games. It fits perfect, is light-weight and is stylish. I cannot wait to wear it! I'm assuming based on other reviews, it'll keep me dry and warm.

I have not gotten to wear this jacket, due to living in the hot mojave desert, but I am stoked to wear it to a trip to Seattle! Things I noticed when I tried it on: -I love the elastic at the wristband to keep rain out! AND the sleeves are actually long enough for my long arms. -I like the hood, which you can tighten/loosen from the bungy at the back. - I also like the length, as it still covers the widest part of my hips fully zipped, without being too long. - Fits perfectly (I am 5'7" 135lb and I got the small) but I still have room to move, even when fully zipped. Lifting arms over head is do-able compared to some jackets etc. I will have to write another review once I get a chance to test it in the rain.

I love this. It's comfortable, very light. Works for everyday wear. I have always loved Northface.

Nice jacket, keeps you protected from the rain, nice fit as well.

I went to an outdoor concert and this was the perfect accessory when it began to rain. It keep my top half dry and it is airy enough so I wasn't hot. The hood and pockets are wonderful.

Love the color, nice light weight rain jacket

This jacket is perfect for warmer spring days. Light enough to pass for a heavy-duty windbreaker but has the wind-/waterproof features that I've come to expect from TNF. I love the packable hood and the color is subtle but still pretty. Also has mesh on the inside for ventilation and an extra layer between clothes and the jacket. Love it!

This is a great jacket! I bought it for my daughter who has to walk in the rain to classes and she just loves it. It definitely is waterproof! Plus it's lightweight and has a great cut for women. Considering getting one for myself too.
