Pros: I love the way they look and the way they feel (after the break in period - more on that below), very warm, very well made Cons: Breaking in these boots made me feel like I had actually broken the bones in my feet. I work in a warehouse with concrete floors from anywhere between 8-16 hours and I had the heel of the boot professionally cut down with vibram soles added since these are meant for sinking into the soil, normally. This pair has lasted me over three years now and only 1 is no longer waterproof because I've rubbed the leather on the toe away. There is some minor cracking around where the crease is from squatting down. The stitching has held up beautifully over the years and the soles of the boot are in really good condition despite the modifications I had done. These are supportive of my ankles, and move very well even though they come up to my calf (I sometimes sit with a foot tucked under me when I am working low). These are hefty, but I don't mind that, I liked the idea of a heavier boot. If I was going to buy these again, or recommend to someone else who works in the environment I do, I'd say get the heels cut down (you'll feel like your working in high heels otherwise), and get inserts. Oh and I only just replaced the laces due to wear yesterday. Once I broke them in, they were my favorite shoes to wear, even outside of work. Overall, good boots but only after breaking them in

I like these shoes, I’m just concerned about how they will hold up. Comfort wise they are excellent - both my feet and back are happy being on these for extended periods of time. They are stylish, but for work boots that is the last of my criteria. The leather, though, doesn’t seem to be great. To be fair, I’m pretty hard on shoes, but after one day of wearing these there is a giant chunk of leather missing off the toe. I guess I should be thankful that it has a hard toe so my toes are fine, but I don’t even know what caused that so I’m not sure it was something that would have normally done that much damage. The leather on rest of the shoe is kind of cracking and darkening (after one day!). It is wet out so ¯\_(?)_/¯ But I am worried these were a waste of money.

In order to wear the boot I had to take out the insole.

Well these shoes is rough breaking in especially with the type of material its made of. Its way to stiff. My inserts don’t fit. I bought these for the snow but working in these for 12 hours. Your feet will have blisters and shins will be sore.

I just started wearing these to work. I am used to being on my feet all day. I wanted some stylish boots and these nail it compared to other composite shoes. These are rough to break in. I’ve got sores (not too painful) on my legs from the constant rubbing when walking and these are heavy! My feet throb at the end of my shifts. Im only 4 days into wearing them so I’m hoping I’ll adjust sooner than most being used to walking all day. Im not a quitter though! These will bend to me! Im hoping they have something different when I buy shoes again in a year.

I had been very excited about this pair but once I received it and tried it on I was disappointed. My right foot had the upper part of the boot digging into it bad. Just trying them on and not moving around hurt. I exchanged them for a different pair.

Way too Tight. Extremely Uncomfortable to work in. They're in the closet waiting for the snow season.

The material doesn't give. Moving rapidly in the warehouse causes the shoe to become extremely uncomfortable quickly.

Honestly these are the worst boots I could of bought. I bought them for the great reviews and some added height for reaching on ladders but, these shoes have been nothing but pain since the day I got them. I have to wear gel ankle sleeves since the tongue of the boot has thick fabric on the sides that will dig into your ankles all day. I unfortunately have passed the break in period and with new inserts and the shoes make my feet constantly hurt. The lack of room in the toe box with thin inserts causes my toes to rub together and have large blisters by the end of the shift. If I could return these I would. Otherwise the shoes seem to hold up decently if you can get past the pain.

I loved the look of these boots. Unfortunately I’ve had nothing but problems since wearing these. Once they finally broke in I now have pain in the ball of my foot. They are attractive boots but definitely not for being on my feet 12 hours a shift.
