Good quality, bought the smalls last winter when my son wore through a pair from Shopko, was hoping to use them this year but he hit a growth spurt so ordered the mediums.

Just bought this pair of ski pants for my son (September). We haven't had the chance to go skiing (in 3 months?), but thus far, we are very happy with the purchase, the quality of the materials is top notch, it's light weight, and my son claims its very comfortable. Unfortunately, I can't comment on the on warmth or the waterproofness, as we haven't gone skiing yet. But my past experience with Columbia's Omni-Tech and Omni-Heat, I don't think my son will be dissapointed.

Difficulty understanding which size (S, M, L, etc.) my son needed. Would have given better review if this information was upfront. I shouldn't have to search to find this...

Ran much too small. My daughter is a thin size 8. She couldn't even move around in these, and that was just over stretch pants. Anything thicker, and we wouldn't be able to put them on. Disappointed.

We were delighted when we get these pants. They look like the description, and fit well. My daughter loved skiing with them until she developed a rash on her waist, thigh, back of her knee, towards the end of the day. She only wore the pants one day. As the rash didn't improve after 2 days, we went to the pediatrician who confirmed that this rash was contact allergy to the ski pants.

I bought these mid season last year and they did not hold up at all. I was really disappointed. I bought them so that I could extend the length and use them over a second season, but that won't be happening.
