Better for speed training than the Nano but if you are an expirience lifter it will do the job.

Great shoe if you stand all day at work. Light and airy feel to them.

This is a great shoe. It has a sturdy bottom and a flexible mesh outside for breathability. It is slightly see through on the lighter colors so be sure to wear a sock to match. This is a good shoe for jogging, WOD's and light weightlifting for an incredible value!

Great lightweight shoe ideal for running and WODs. It has breathability with the mesh and a well cushioned and sturdy sole. This shoe can be worn during a short run and still perform well with some gymnastics or light weightlifting making it a good overall shoe. It is well priced for performance. It is slightly narrower than most training shoes but it fits my foot fine and feels like it will last a solid yr. or two.

If you are looking for a light-weight breathable shoe, this is the one for you. I have a wide foot and it is just a tad narrow and the support is more what I would use to kick around in for the day. It doesn't support me as much as I like when working with weights or foot drills.

The shoes fit great! I have not used them for rope climbing yet but my friend's pair ripped on his first climb with the same shoes. Other than that I like them.

The toe box is pointed shape and it is a slim fit style, it would not be a good fit for the wider foot. The color, Heritage Navy/Washed Indigo, is slightly darker than the picture. Love the full-foot rubber outsole, however, the arch support is absent.

They are a little bit large but they are comfortable

Super comfortable I use them for work rather than for working out they are kinda wide and I have a pretty chubby foot and still they feel bigger. they are wide since they're for working out but I love it.

Great for every workout that doesn't involve running more than about 3mi. I like lifting in them but i feel like they really shine in workouts that have 2+ different movements in them. Love them for work too! This is my 3rd pair. I will say that I actually preferred the previous generation Speed without the flexweave but only because I felt like the sides of my feet were more protected from water and such.

Good for lifting, working out and daily use/walking. Not best for running but I have ran with it. Also LOVE the color and look .

Shoe is lightweight and breathable. It fits well and feels secure, no slipping.

Like the shoes but they are slippery on the ground and a little narrower than I expected. I also would have liked a little more arch support but overall comfortable and a good value for the price.

I love this product because is perfect to train in when you want to work out. The speed tr are comfortable and they are well fitted.

Love how lightweight these sneakers are. I also like that they have the mesh on the top which hels me with my foot sweating while I'm walking or working out.

Love the flex weave tech. Great for CrossFit. The shoe does run narrow so I went up half a size
