Good versatile shoe for quick movements and short runs but not enough support for heavy lifting. Narrow feet need a half size smaller due to width of shoe compared to grace shoes.

Very speedy service and very comfortable. These were recommended to me for Crossfit training by my coach and I must say that I am very pleased with them.

These are very comfortable and flexible for either an intense workout or just casually walking around town. I would definitely recommend these to anyone interested in flexibility

I have pretty narrow feet and these fit great. Ordered my true size and they fit perfect. Comfortable and good for training?lifting during WODs, running/sprinting and everything in between. Super lightweight and graceful feeling. Chic enough to wear out and about walking too (not a fan of the wideness that nanos are for this reason). Highly recommend if you have narrow feet and find the nanos too wide for you.

I'm loving these shoes! I needed something for Body Pump that had good traction and fit comfortably. These shoes are a great fit and they have awesome traction. I'm so happy with this purchase! I need more!!!

Color is beautiful, better than pictured. Comfortable for studio workouts & casual wear. Have not done any running in them as its been rainy here. Daughter steals them. True to size

AMAZED. We all get skeptical to shop online. Even big brands. BUT I don't regret this purchase at all. I was having a hard time finding really flat squat shoes. The color is vibrant, it's adorable but also does the job when I do legs. My feet feel comfortable on sets, especially my heavier weights. It's true to size.

This trainer is well made, good grip and balance. Cushion around ankles makes it very comfortable and fit's well.

The comfort and stability that the shoe gives me. Also, to run is perfect since it avoids the least impact to my knees.

color is very on trend. they are very comfortable. might seem like a small thing, but the laces are flat and cotton instead of polyester and round, so they stayed tied nicely.

I love that i can mix workouts crossfit/lifting/cardio and it doesn't kill my feet!

I've been in crossfit over two years now and these are the comfiest trainers I've ever had!!!

Perfect for workouts that have weightlifting and running in them!

I bought these hoping they would be a cheaper alternative to the Nano and I think they do the job. Was worried about rope climbs but they have the grip I need. Also flat enough for weight lifting and jumping but slightly padded for comfort.

Wore them for the first time on a run and they felt smooth. Didn't have to break them in at all.

They are so comfortable! I wear them for running and for everyday wear. I should have bought two pairs because I'm sure I will wear this pair out soon!

I wanted something other than a Nano for CF and these are great so far. Roomy in the toe box and good cushion on the bottom. I ordered a 7 1/2 and they still have room for socks etc. ( I normally order an 8 in workout shoes but wear a 7.5)

Love this show! Very comfortable. Would like the toe to have a bit more traction for burpees on stall mats. :-)

When I first tried on the shoe it felt a bit wide, but I worked out in it anyway. As the workout went on, the shoe really formed to my foot. This is my second pair this year now.

The shoe is really comfortable, at least that's what my girlfriend says
