Lightweight and warm. I'm heavier set so it's hard to find warm nice jackets that don't make me feel like a hot air balloon. This ones makes me look good and keeps me warm. Love it.

Love it we're always referred friends

I have been wanting one ever since I went to Tennessee and saw how all the women were wearing light weight jackets and I was courting around a bulky heavy one. It is wonderful. It has just enough warmth for a lightly chilly day and also a cold day... i can wear it all the time.

It's a great lightweight jacket. The fabric is perfect because it isn't heavy and it's very warm. Fits perfectly and is a nice length, not too long or too short (I'm 5'10). Overall very pleased with the purchase.

Love the jacket. Second one I have bought. I have the mid length thermal ball in the plum. Taking the new white one into Banff for our trip. Northface is the best. Can’t go wrong.

Love this jacket! I own a Thermoball vest and it was so warm and comfortable,that I decided to buy the jacket. Very pretty and fits perfectly.

Perfect "winter" coat for milder climates! I moved to Tennessee and no longer needed my 600 fill full length North Face and this was the perfect replacement. I first ordered the antique white and loved the color, but the fit was a bit baggy (in small) so I ordered the tin grey (also in small) and that was a much slimmer cut. Kind of disappointment in the lack of consistency within sizing because I'd prefer the antique white color but I'm keeping the tin grey because the fit is just perfect.

Great as a layer just below ski jacket for skiing and snowboarding. Also stylish and warm so can be jacket for going out to dinner or the town

This is a great everyday use jacket. It's warm, lightweight and looks great. It runs just a little bit small in my experience. Overall awesome!

Very good quality and nice jacket. Bought the size XL for myself even though I wear size M-L because I like room in my jackets. Unfortunately I had to return it because it was extremely small and couldn't even close the zipper. I am still waiting for my refund to purchase a similar kind that will fit. This will be very good for small petite people. Very nice and well built jacket which is perfect for every occasion.

Between my kids and I, we have 7 of these jackets in different colors. They are lightweight, but keep you warm. I don't like bulky jackets so this jacket is perfect.

This has been a great all round jacket. Warm without being to bulky. I can chase a grand baby or hit a few golf balls.

I bought this jacket especially for a trip to India to wear over layers. It's a great warm jacket! I'm happy it's down substitute - even with more humane practices I think Polartec is just as warm and performs as well as down. But hands down the best thing is that North Face has this jacket in my size. As an even moderately large woman no other sports clothing companies carry anything larger than an XL, which is a size 14-16. Yet, a man can sometimes buy a jacket up to 4XL. This is ridiculous and makes it difficult for even moderately large women to buy good performing outdoor clothing. I wish the others would take note and please offer expanded sizes. Large women are active and go outside in inclement weather too!!

I live in Chicago so this jacket it's perfect for this crazy city!!
