Love this jacket. I got the same one for my daughter, and we both love it. We live in Texas but travel to Wisconsin quite a few times, so it works in both climates. Well worth the money and we get so many compliments on them.

The jacket was amazing in fit and super light weight. I am amazed how warm I am in our dicey spring weather here in NW Ohio. No restriction in movement wearing this jacket. Their customer service rep, Lisa was the best getting my payment issue quickly resolved in a matter of hours! I highly recommend this jacket to the ladies. It WILL exceed your expectations. Now go get your hiking trail while wearing it.

I bought this jacket in silver/grey to travel in Europe during the late winter. I wore it alone on dry days paired with a splashy scarf and good boots. On cool, wet days I dressed this light, hardly there jacket under a black rain jacket. While I was not necessarily "runway" ready, I always felt I was well dressed and put together. And very importantly, I was always warm, dry and comfortable. What more can you ask?

I really love this jacket. I hike all the time and I love how light and how warm this jacket is. I would like to get another color when it is on sale. And I would like to get one for my daughter when it is on sale.

This jacket is very thin and light and it is meant to be a midlayer. Although I have walked around with this jacket at around zero degree Celcius, going in and out the mall. This is not to be used for below 0 degree Celcius or 32 degree Fahrenheit just by itself. Whoever is expecting to wear this alone in winter weather has an unrealistic expectations. It is nice for midlayer as it is supposed to keep your body temperature in without feeling too hot. If you would have gone to the store, they will tell you this. In Spring or Fall though, it is perfect. I had one with the hood and one without. This is good under the rain, although I haven't tried it. I also like this jacket as it is not bulky and comfortable when travelling in a train or flying. It simply keeps the body temperature in. For colder weather, you need an outer layer. The only negative is I wish they would make a longer one for women. I wear a Medium one and it is a bit on the loose side for me. But it is perfect if I want to wear a light sweater inside to add to the warmth. I am 5'3" and 128 pounds.

I love this jacket because it's so light yet warm, but even more (don't call me shallow) because it looks great on. The cut is very slimming. It is also very soft??_.comfy. The quality is what you would expect from North Face. When I took my new jacket on a recent trip, I left it for a few moments in the hotel restaurant and when I went back to retrieve it, it was gone. I probably spent two days mourning that jacket before I bought another one. So, buy this jacket??_..twice if you have to!

I purchased the thermoball jacket in a xxl , I'm a plus size woman that find it hard to find jackets that fit. So before it arrived I prayed because the color was unique and I already knew how great of a jacket it was for the winter weather from a previous purchase for my infant son. We love them. They keep you warm from such a light weight jacket. So when I received it it fit comfortably I have long arms and it fit. I'm very happy with my purchase. Just ask that northface make a bigger selection for us plus size women. We like to be warm and fashionable. !!!!

Was pleasantly surprised how fashionable yet lightweight and warm this jacket is. I am and only 5 feet small size and don't like the jackets that r bulky. Great to get in car and yet warm when in 0 degree weather as it is in North East this winter!!!

I Love the lightness of the coat and the it is the warmest coat I own. The coat lets me move with freedom and I don't feel that I am wearing a any extra layers!! Love it! I have purchased 6 coats (one for all my family members)!

This is the best Putchase I have ever made. So stylish, compact, light weight and giving me enough protection that if I am going to Himalaya this jacket would give me warmth to sustain. Black is my color and I love it because it shines my SOUL as well. I can be me and this jackets brings me all positive vibes and attitude which I need. This is an AWESOME jacket. I can't believe something so lightweight actually keeps me warm. It is stylish, lightweight, and totally functional. I love this jacket.

I love how I can layer it and use it almost everyday in the winter it's perfect for the windy cold air.
