I purchased these shoes as I recently joined a CrossFit program. I have been a long distance runner for years and always wore another brand running shoe, however these Rebok's were recommended by the CrossFit box owner. I fluctuate between a 9.5 and 10.5 D in shoes depending on brand and type of shoe (dress vs athletic). In running shoes, I typically wear a 10.5, sometimes a 10. So, to start here I ordered a 10. It seemed snug, so I ordered a 10.5, but kept the 10. The 10.5 was significantly larger and wider, so I stuck with the 10 and am very happy with them. They keep your heel lower than running shoes, which makes squatting and many of the CrossFit exercises more efficient since I am not fighting the higher heel pushing my weight forward. After wearing the 10s for a couple weeks, they are plenty big and very comfortable. Stability is good and the arch is what I could call normal. When I ordered the 10s, Zappos had the silver/grey color, but not the red. When I ordered the 10.5s, they had the red so I got it. I like the red better, and will try that next time. I ended up keeping the silver/grey color shoes, only because they did not have the red in size 10. I would purchase this shoe again.

Very happy with fit and feel. My son suggests gel insoles as he has the same shoe. Might try that if I think needed. Would like to add that I have rediscovered why I have the Zappos app. You guys are the best on line retailer I have ever used.

For those having Wide feet, there are reviews and comments on the Internet saying this shoe is wider and might satisfy someone with 2E feet. I am 10.5 US at least 3E and New Balance 990, 991, 992, 993, 990v4 in 4E are satisfactory. New Balance 1540v2 and 2040v2 in 2E can be OK or tolerated. I tried Reebok Nano 8.0 in size 11 US and it definitely won't work. My 5th(pinky, smallest), 4th toes, and lateral side of foot are crammed into the side of the shoe body; big toe has at least 0.5" headroom.

There was a time Reebok’s didn’t fit me well, but they do now. Very cool shoe! True to size and no slipping. An extension of my feet. Plenty of cushion. I recommend this shoe.

I've been working out my whole life, yet other than general running shoes for daily exercise, I've never worn a purpose-built shoe like this other than basketball shoes for the court. I now am very active in a variant of crossfit, called F45. My trainer there suggested these shoes for increased stability for the sometimes up to 27 different movements per class. I have to say, these may be the best shoes I've ever purchased with an incredibly positive impact for this activity. I'll never do F45 without these again!

I wear 12 for leather dress shoes and 13 for athletic shoes. Before these, that was all Asics. I went with 13 for these and am very pleased with the fit. Not too much room in the front and feels very stable. Very pleased.

I'm a tough fit due to flat feet and an arthritic lower half. It is extremely hard for me to find shoes that are comfortable, work with my custom foot beds and look good. These shoes are checking the boxes so far!

After trying the Nike Metcon 4's and having them fall apart after a month of CrossFit. I contacted Zappos support and they made everything right! The Reebok Nanao 8 is by far a more comfortable shoe and doesn't suffer from the toe rubber coming apart like the Nike's. I will be sticking with Reebok from now on for my shoe of choice and one that can actually handle CrossFit workouts. Thanks again Zappos for the great customer suppiort!

Actually bought these for my son who is eleven but his foot is just growing and growing!! Decent shoe and style. He will probably only wear them for a month or two if I'm lucky!

I wanted to like these, and mostly did. The style is on point. The protection against pronation is top notch. However, I found the lack of arch support a deal-breaker. My calves are used to support, and I got injured on day 4. If you don't need arch support and do a lot of Crossfit, these would be great.

I like the shoe - especially the style. I had to return for a size larger, due to the width of the shoe being a bit narrow. However, this is my first "crossfit" shoe, so maybe that's normal. So far, I like how the shoe feels during my workouts and am happy with it. But, time will tell. :-)

I have used previous versions of this shoe. They have a nice wide unstructured toe box which is nice for lifting. For sled pushing and things like that they have decent traction. In this version they have added more padding in the insole. This means less ankle stability which means I can’t go from heavy deadlifts into box jumps without changing shoes and so they were not suitable for me. It’s less important but they have a very rounded front which makes them look odd. It doesn’t bother me but I think more fashionable people may take issue with it.

Like the look and hated the feel. Way too narrow and I don’t have narrow feet. Very uncomfortable
